The product was packed very well. The instructions were easy and the hardware was packaged clearly. I had some issues with some slightly bent brackets and a couple of the screw hole threads were not easy or was not able to get the screw in at all. As others have stated, this set is a pain to assemble. If you’ve never put anything together before, you do have to screw each screw in a little at a time which I don’t think a lot of people are doing… you have to go back-and-forth between the screws. That said, it’s still difficult. Using the supplied Allen wrenches is a joke. You need a screw gun. One of the screws didn’t fit the hole and we had to go buy a different one or risk tearing the rattan. That said, it’s a good set for the money. It has a smaller profile which I don’t mind. If you think you’re getting full sized chairs, though, you aren’t. They seem sturdy enough. The cushions aren’t super fluffy, but I expected that. I still think it’s a decent deal, they are comfortable enough and work well with my existing patio furniture. If you are looking for an inexpensive set , this one is pretty good. I assembled it myself (49 year old female). It took 2 hours, I had no issues but I am mechanically inclined and physically fit to bend and move around quickly. I am very pleased with the turn out. I love the gray color it matches my house well. The cushions are comfortable, just as an FYI the cushion don't go all the way to the top of the back but still looks great. For the money certainly not beatable. I was going to buy a set at Costco which would have costed $600 and really not much different in quality or size just much more expensive. The delivery was much faster than expected. It arrived 3 days earlier via FedEx. You will enjoy it! ... show more

Assembly is not for the faint of heart. I am accustomed to assembling various toys, furniture items, etc, but this one was difficult. Screw holes are not well aligned. One screw I could not get to thread so I gave up and used a plastic tie instead of the screw. Some screws were easy to turn, others turned a few times, and then got difficult to turn at all. Takes an allen head wrench (two supplied, thank you) but the notion of turning these wrenches turn after turn got old. I had some allen wrenches on a socket, but not this size. Believe it takes a size 4 metric to turn the screws. Once assembled the chairs look and feel nice, which is a darn good thing. ... show more
