I absolutely love these sets. They are inexpensive, sturdy, and easy to put together. They look great too. I ordered 2 sets of the 2 chairs, 2 ottomans, and table, and 3 sets of the 2 chairs and table. So I got a total of 19 pieces. It took me about 6 hours to put all those pieces together by myself. I’ve seen comments about holes not matching up, not being aligned. I didn’t carefully read the directions when I put the first chair together and the holes didn’t align. I looked back over the directions and saw that you’re supposed to only tighten things about halfway until all bolts are in. I redid the whole chair and it was like magic. Everything matched up perfectly and I had zero problems for the next 18 pieces. So my guess is that it was user error for people who didn’t get their pieces aligned properly. There were a couple quality problems, nothing really awful though. See the second picture, the screw hole is messed up. It was the only one messed up out of all those pieces. Some of the cushions were smooshed in the box and aren’t flattening out very quickly. And finally, the suction cups for the glass top on the tables are also smooshed and it was rather difficult to get them to flatten out. All of those issues are quite minimal and for most people not worth complaining about but there will always be someone that just can’t live with these minor inconveniences. The only other issue I foresee is the cushions blowing away in a storm. There are no straps or Velcro or snaps or anything to hold the cushions to the furniture so I have to figure something out. Maybe sticky back Velcro? Customer service was great. I contacted them because apparently my pieces were sent in a bunch of different shipments (7 different boxes) and I couldn’t see all the different tracking numbers on the Amazon app. I had received 4 boxes one day and didn’t realize I was going to receive 3 more boxes the next day. Costway responded to my email in just a few hours and were very kind in the face of my stupidity. They gave me all the tracking numbers I couldn’t see on my digital receipt. If the stuff falls apart, fades like crazy, or has any other issues I will update my review. For now though, I love this patio furniture. It’s pretty, sturdy, and comfy.

Easy to assemble. Sturdy and attractive set. I keep my set in my front enclosed porch and sit in them daily year round. I like the width of the chairs makes it comfortable for a bigger person to sit. The cushion covers wash nicely. I wish the seat cushions were a little thicker and the chair sit just a little higher. Other than that I am very satisfied with this purchase, great price!!!

Decent to nice patio set the wicker last long. We’ve had it for a couple months. It was super easy for my boyfriend to put it together. It took him about two hours. The wicker is sturdy and the cushions are a darker, beige color all in all it’s decent if I would have seen it in person in a store, I would not have chosen it that doesn’t really mean that it’s terrible. It was the best purchase for Amazon without having to go to five different stores to look at patio furniture. The chairs are slightly oversized so they are cozy. The coffee table is a little more bulky than what I would have preferred in the suction cups that sit on top of it are ugly when you put the glass on top again this is a fairly decent mid patio set never would’ve bought it if I saw it in person, but not a bad set if you want something straightforward and comfortable
