4 stars for the actual sturdiness and appearance- but only 2 stars for the issues with the canopy and grommets. Set up took many hours with 2 people- there are A LOT of screws!.... Everything was packaged and labeled well. The picture instructions regarding the clip labeled "P" appeared to be backwards so everything on that particular piece had to be taken apart when it came time to attach the canopy- which by far took more time than the rest. Complaints are with the grommets to cover the screws- only half stayed on. There seems to be a problem with the manufacturing as all the ones that didn't work had extra untrimmed parts in the inside. The other grommets for the very top black screws fit well but were short in the amount needed. LASTLY- the clips that are supposed to hold the canopy in place when it is in use don't work. The rod keeps popping out of the clips despite trying to push them closed tighter- clearly an issue with that part of the design. There isn't anything to lock & hold the canopy open either. ... show more

Ok this will be straight to the point 1.)Recieved a wrong side upper panel for one side c1 panel had to improvised to make it work with other screws 2.) Instructions are very hard to understand 3.) Very thin aluminum (cheaply made) The only reason why I'm keeping it is because it is way to hard to undo everything and put it in the box carry it to a ups store if I didn't work I would have time to do it pictures will be given tomorrow I was to exhausted to go back outside and take them this company should really check there products before sending them out I worked on this for 4 hours trying to figure out what to do because of that panel but I figures it our still only half way done I'm praying the other panels are the right ones DO NOT BUY THIS AMAZON PICK PRODUCT!!!!!! ... show more

I like it now that it is installed. It was not hard to put together, just a bit tedious and a LOT of Allen wrench action. Do not tighten anything till you are done in sets. So your posts, you will still need as much wiggle room as you can get when you are putting them together. Same goes with your beams and everything else. There was one or two parts that should have been a different part, so the holes were in the wrong place. I have a drill press, so I went ahead and just made new holes where they needed to be and caulked the other ones so no water gets into them. Once it is all installed, calk all the seams. I know that seems like a like, but do it. It will prevent all kinds of issues in the future. I also built weighted planters for the beams, just to give it some extra weight. ... show more
