The media could not be loaded. This is my second e-bike. First was a 250w with top speed of 20mph. This one is great improvement. It feels more like a cafe racer than a bicycle. You need to ride a 26” bicycle to be comfortable on the V20. I would go as far as to say this is faster than my bicycle with an 80cc engine kit. There are many more expensive ones out there but this is a great starter point. Lights, taillights, blinkers, horn, speedometer, odometer, trip meter, cable disk brakes. It’s my favorite bicycle ever. Update. I have driven 200 miles on this bike so far. Bike holds up great. I have to constantly adjust brakes to stop brake scrapping noise. Some brake squeak but I believe it was contaminants from some liquid splashing. Brakes are mechanical but work well . I am 220lbs and carry a backpack with electronic and mechanical air pump plus tire repair goo with tool kit and water. With a total weight of about 250lbs this bike will give me 20 miles range on pedal assist 5. I pedal all the time and only use full throttle on intersections. After about 15 miles of range I began to notice diminished top speed and acceleration. After 18 miles it’s significantly slower and will run out of power usually after I go over 20 miles. I’ve seen others get more range but they ride at much slower speeds.

This is a fun, nice bike. Looks like a little motorcycle but is easy to handle and fun to drive. I have put about 60 miles on so far and look forward to each ride I take. I thought it would be harder to pedal without e assist, but it actually pedals easier in pedal mode than my conventional 10 speed. It is sturdy and easy to assemble. I really can't think of a down side to this. I am glad to have it. I did buy an extra battery due to the fact that I camp and do not alway have access to power. Looking forwar to taking it on my net camping trip. I like the fat tires and suspension system. The seat is way more confortable than the regular bicycle seat and can ride a long way with-out "numb bottom''. Great for us boomers, we want to get out but the endurance just isn't there. As a 75 year old this is a great addition for my ourdoor activities. I hope my daughter can keep up with me on her conventional bike.

The tires were really a low quality ones, they were being deflated all the time. Battery life was good, it lasted for a little while until it ran out of juice. It was pretty easy to assemble, so the bike overall was good but some parts lacked quality

Received the bike 2 days after ordering! Have not had the chance to ride yet so I cannot comment on the bike itself though it seems very well made and everything seems to work as is should. It is a much larger bike than I expected. Had a problem though with the wrong color being sent - I ordered black and they sent brown. Contacted seller and they gave me some money back rather than going through the hassle of sending the bike back. Great customer service and very responsive!

This bike is Amazing if you are thinking of getting an e-bike, I would definitely choose this one as it has so much to offer, as this bike is very sturdy and won’t fail on you whole riding, this also is a very easy bike to ride as there is nothing you need to do that you wouldn’t do on a regular bike other then you pull the throttle. The price on this bike is amazing 780$!!! And you get this this bike is amazing for the price. The speed of this is also amazing I’ve gotten it up to 35 mph so yeah it’s really fast. The battery life is also very good as you get to like 30-40 miles at max speed. The brakes also stop on the dime and work very well, and don’t wear out for a long time. This bike is amazing and if you’re thinking of getting one you should. Also if you wanted an extra battery if you email them they’ll send you one for the price it is at, the customer service is also amazing as I emailed them, and 3 days later I got that part and was back on the road. My son rode his bike three times and the rear axel stopped working and he has not been able to ride it since. Reached out to customer service and they attempted to help at first. But now since I told them their fix didnt work they have refused to respond. So disappointing when you spend quite a bit of money for something and they dont want to help make it right.

I’ve had the V20 4.0 electric bike for two months now, and it’s easily one of the best purchases I’ve made. It’s powerful—I’ve reached up to 35 mph—and the 1500W motor handles hills and rough terrain with no problem. The 48V 15.6Ah battery lasts around 30–40 miles depending on how much I use the throttle versus pedal assist, which is perfect for my daily rides. The bike is super comfortable, especially with the fat tires and padded seat, and it rides smoother than my old 10-speed. It was mostly assembled out of the box and only took a short time to set up. One of the tires wore out early, but I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement quickly with no hassle. The bike looks sharp—like a mini motorcycle—and even has foot pegs for carrying a second person. For $701.07, the quality is outstanding, and I’ve had no regrets.
