The reason for the 3 stars is because the chair was delivered to the wrong address no where close to where we live. Fortunately, the persons who's house it was delivered to loaded into his van and delivered it to me. It was very heavy for him and I really appreciated his taking the time to deliver it to me. My other concern is the remote isn't very user friendly for a person with cognitive issues. The problem is the back and foot rest work separately and if the back is tilled back and then you want the foot rest up, it puts the back further back then you want to go. The back and foot rest does work together if you use the leg rest button but it gets confusing for my husband if he isn't starting in a sitting up position. The recliner we replaced had one button that controlled the back and footrest together and this chair remote has several buttons. Otherwise, the chair is very comfortable, the fabric is of great quality, the dark grey color is as pictured, and the chair operation is quite. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and the chair went together without any issues. Updated: December 28, 2025 - The company reached out to me after the above review to help address the above two issues. The delivery issue is not their fault but that of FedEx, therefore, I changed my review stars to 5. Now that my husband has been using the remote for a couple weeks now, he has started to figure it out. Tami explained the differences in their remote and the single button remote from our previous chair. I was surprised and very pleased to hear from Tami concerning my review and they worked with me to resolve the issues. I highly recommend the chair and working with this company. ... show more

    • Overall a good chair, with a quirk!
PROS: Decent Price, reasonable shipping speed, they do tell you that it comes in 3 boxes, super padded, very comfortable, fabric is very soft, dark color should hide stains, it sits lower to ground for short people, I'm 5'5" my feet do not reach the bottom of the foot rest, it does lift me up with ease, cups holders are easier to reach than my last chair, accurate measurements on the page, don't necessarily need a pillow, but could use a neck pillow if you want. IDKs: It's heavier than my last chair, still slides when pushed, but not easily. Smaller pockets, but still decent. CONS: even properly run control cords are pretty short, the loops keep them from getting lost but I drop them all the time. The main recliner button lays only the back completely down before the foot rest moves an inch! The other buttons are opposite of each other on the remote, so it takes brain training. Note: headrest lift is manual. My personal complaint is the main remote is on the left and I'm a righty like a majority of the world. ... show more

Like other reviews state, the lift and recline controls are poorly programmed. The recline control reclines the back BEFORE the foot rest comes up. With a bad back, that is extremely painful. The foot rest needs to come up first. The lift is just the opposite.......so, you need to use multiple buttons. Packaged nicely. Easy to assemble (I did it alone and I have a restricting disability). The headrest padding is too much for me. The heat and vibration are nice and work as advertised. Not sure how long term quality will be. The arms are a bit "loose" if you will and move. What will happen once it starts to wear? The USB charger on the side is a nice accessory, but it is low power. Not for newer cell phones. Comfortable - have even slept in a few times. I do wish there were more variety of colors - I would have chose a color not offered. ... show more

I love this recliner. The remotes are easy and very user friendly. It reclines to zero gravity which I need. The cup holders and phone charging outlets are so handy. The heat and massage makes you think you are at a spa! This lift chair is better and easier to use than another one I had ordered (instead of returning it, my son bought it). I was disappointed that there was no armrest storage, although a feature I really like.... is a loop underneath both armrests to hold the remotes from falling on the floor. This chair is not for anyone above 5' 6" I believe the medium chair was purchased. Upon putting it together (quite easy) and reclining, chair wobbled. Upon looking two screws were stripped on underbelly of chair and fell out - (these were not the screws meant to secure parts). These screws (gold or brass color appears to be wood) were from chair bottom which would be during manufacturing. Because it is too much trouble to repackage and return we intend to correct ourselves. Brand new and defective on first use - RIDICULOUS AND DISAPPOINTING. ... show more
