We have so far purchased 7 or 8 of these fixtures in 3 sizes over several years time. All have proven to be the same high quality and identical color output, no matter which size or how old they are. The oldest one has the same intensity and color output as the one I just installed yesterday. They are very simple to wire up and mount needing very little knowledge other than basic common sense. While not a negative for us. Some people may find issue with the fact that the control for CCT setting in in the wiring hollow of underside. So you can't change the setting easily, since you have to take it down from where it is mounted. Definately be buying more of these as we slowing upgrade all our home lighting fixtures. ... show more

I absolutely love these moon lights. I purchased my first one about 2 years ago for a bedroom and just this week another two for my hall way and bathroom and I'm in love with the brightness it brings. It provides a whiter and brighter look to the room. It was a significant difference. No more yellowish tones. I have to say the lifespan has been great so far in my oldest one and it was easy to install. My husband did in 5 minutes. I do not use a dimmer for mine. There is no noise with these lights. Easy setup. Quick installation. Bright light. Bought this to replace an outdated light fixture in the house. No issues with compatibility with the old junction box. Just ensure you slide the adapter so that the screws have somewhere solid to keep the unit in place. You should hear an audible click when attaching the light to the bracket. When I have guests, the area near the front door is very well lit and inviting and my master closet is extremely well lit and I have no issues finding anything. Not dimmable, and you have to take it apart to change the light brightness setting. Otherwise, adequate fixture for a closet or someplace light that the appearance of the fixture is unimportant.

okay wow! went thru heck and back to get this installed due to my perfectionist outcome needs! the only thing that bothers me is that the light actually doesnt seal flushly 100% against the ceiling!!! i made sure the base plate was true and flush and it is but the light just doesnt twist and kiss the ceiling like the old metal based fixture did! its not the install either its just how the light is built i guess! good light output for what it is other than that issue!! ... show more

This product gave my home the perfect modern look I was going for. You're able to dim and bright them back up with adjustability.
