If you are looking to build your glutes at the gym, these are an excellent choice. They remain securely in place even with heavy weight during exercises such as kickbacks. They are very comfortable to use and offer high resistance. I highly recommend getting a pair.

Works great. My only complaint would be the metal clasp twists after doing cable kickbacks and I always have to readjust. Other than that, the Velcro is strong and stays closed . Easy to throw in my gym bag and go!
