This lamp is alright, but definitely doesn’t compare to the original sun lamp, especially the “sunset” color option. The colors aren’t nearly as bright or saturated and it’s little wobbly. There’s some sort of sensitivity to it because it turned on by itself one time after i set down something heavy in my room. Still though, it has a lot of color options and gets the job done. I just needed it to add some aesthetic lighting in my room, but if you want this more for photography, the lighting quality isn’t the best. The hot pink color option is so saturated and beautiful; that alone makes the product worth the money to me! ... show more

t at that point but instead for a quick fix i asked my electrical engineering buddy if he could fix it. He did and the literal problem was that the wire for the lamp was completely broken and disconnected right where the switch box was. He fixed it just fine and i went to put it back on my shelf. I adjusted the light just so it wasn’t so loose on the stand and it broke. At this point all I have is a stand and a limp lamp. Back to the remote, it’s so bad. It does not connect to the lamp at all and i’ll stand there like an idiot just pointing the remote and it not working. So I have resulted to just unplugging and replugging in the lamp whenever i need it but the default setting is like strobe. I wish i could’ve returned it but it has been taped up. light itself is strong but currently writing the review in fear of a seizure with this going off. ... show more
