It’s a pretty fountain, but only comes with a few rocks and there isn’t an option to turn it off and on without unplugging it. because of this it has to be placed somewhere you can easily get to the plug. the base is also pretty flimsy. also there weren’t any instructions in the package for how to set it up and i had to google another fountain to figure it out. all in all it’s alright considering it was pretty cheap but i do plan on getting another one ... show more

Love the look and size of this peice. The pump is small and I have to turn it on and off alot to keep it running. It just losses power. Beautiful flow love the light. Didnt come with the plastic tube to connect pump and flower but I had some tubing laying around so it was mo big deal. Frogs love it

    • Very unsatisfied.
The pump stopped working just a few months in. The one I got from the 99c store still works but this one that I spent decent amount of money on broke? Don't waste your money on this product folks. The pump is so weak that it never made a sound until now that it's broken and it just trickles out so that's what you hear. The customer service was unpleasant and did nothing to help me either, it's very frustrating because I just want to know how to fix the problem. I added my own rocks because without that it wouldn't have looked impressive at all. There was no instructions on how to build it so I have to assume that the small pad that came with it is to set it on? I have changed my original rating because of the overall experience. And now I have to write at least 100 characters to write a poor review so I guess I will just keep talking about how awful this is. I don't know why the word lotus is even in the description because it's basically just three leaves in a row that the water is supposed to flow between. The LED has four colors, red green and blue but you can't really see the lights very well. This fountain does not spark joy. If I have to think about this fountain for one more minute I might scream actually. This has to be more than 100 characters. No? Still no? I call BS. ... show more

I didn't realize that this had a small light with changing colours. Nice added touch! Super easy to set up. You basically take it out of the box, rinse off any styrofoam packing bits, push the pump tube onto the outlet port & push the light up into the little hole for it. That was a bit tight, but push firmly but gently. Add water & plug it in. As you can see from the photo, it almost instantly became functional as well as artistic. (That also give you a bit of scale.) I read the size info, but I was a little surprised by at the actual height. Measure out the height so you don't underestimate if you wanted something bigger. ... show more

    • Could be made better
So cute when initially set up. Could have came with more rocks but that’s okay. But my main issue is that the motor starts to get loud after a couple uses. Then stopped working altogether after about 5 days. I managed to get it to work again but the stream was very weak. I intended to use it to add humidity to my houseplants and decided to just opt for a humidifier instead as this was too much effort. ... show more

Very easy to get started but leaves were slightly off center draining the water so I just had to do some minor adjustments to line them up better. It was splashing on the highest level but no splashing at all on the lower flow levels. It’s a good concept and the little fountain is cute. Noise level is terrible. Tried every way to Sunday to quiet it down, (i.e. moved the pump, added more water, less, opened the flow all the way up, all the way down) nothing worked. 3 stars for cuteness.
