Installed this unit. Well built. Pump sucks, they cheeped out-do not believe their video of fountain performance. Pump has low flow and is noisy as hell. I replaced pump with hygger 800GPH Quiet Submersible and External 24V Water Pump, with Controller (30%-100% Settings), Powerful Return Pump for Fish Tanks, Aquariums, Ponds, Fountains, Sump, Hydroponics (25W, 9.8ft). The unit is now spectacular!!! Exactly what I had envisioned. Buy the unit for the basic components. Buy the substitute pump to get what you wanted. Peace be with you all. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Okay, here's the good, bad & ugly. The unit is well made...BUT they could add a few things: 1. Add a on & off switch for the waterfall 2. Allow the light remote to turn on & off the water 3. The light plug is too large and it prevent hiding your wires behind the unit 4. Make provisions to hide all wires behind the unit. I had to cut a hole in my wall to accommodate that large light plug 5. They have this unit setup to have all your wires exposed 6. You have no on & off for the water, you will have yo purchase a smart plug outlet Outside of those concerns, the unit is well made, and it is not loud. You just need to make sure the water level is over the pump. ... show more
