First, it is a very good fountain. Looks and feels pleasant, water flow is good. Cleaning is easy and looks quite good. We have been using the fountain for 5+ months. Roughly into 2nd month onwards, the paint started to chip off. Over the time, the paint crumbs float in water (it is slightly annoying). If there is no paint issue inside the cups, it would have been one of the best small fountains ever.

I love the looks and sound of this little fountain! However, I feel like I didn't get the quality that I paid for. I was going to give it four stars because of that, but the little light kept falling out and now the light doesn't work at all and I've only had it for 2 days. That part is very cheaply made and it was hard to get the light to stay in when putting it together in the first place. I'll probably keep it because I really like it, but I'll have to find another way to light it. Also, there is no on/off switch which was disappointing. I remedied that by plugging it into a plug that has a remote so I don't have to plug it in and unplug it all the time, I can switch it on and off with the remote. UPDATE 10.1.2022: I got the light to stay in. But now the paint is wearing off. The pump is also making some noises at times that it didn't make before, so I'm wondering how long it will last. But I still love this little fountain, so I'll have to see how much a new pump costs. My son said he could repaint it, and that would make me happy. It has a pleasant sound and lifts my mood.

I wasn't super keen on the design of this fountain, but I wanted a fountain that had this cascading feature so there would be an actual water trickle sound instead of just a motor sound. This turned out to be a great fountain! It was incredible easy to put together. The motor is completely silent except for when you need to refill the water (which is nice because it's a sort of reminder to do this since it's only needed about 1x a week). It has a wonderful (and very audible!) trickling sound. I like the spinning ball light feature which I thought was very cheesy at first, but when the lights in the room are all out, the fountain light looks pretty on the walls and it acts as a night light. I was skeptical about the overall design, but I love how this fountain looks in my office, and I absolutely love how it sounds. If you're like me and have spent countless hours looking for a great indoor fountain that actually sounds like a fountain without loud motor noise and isn't crazy expensive, give this one a try! It would also be a great gift!

The Agoodping 15.7" relaxation desktop waterfall fountain is perfect. It looks great sitting on my dresser and the sound of the water running is very relaxing. It is easy to assemble and feels like it is made of quality material that should last a while. I did have an issue though, the LED light that is inserted into the bottom bowl of the fountain failed about 2 weeks after I received it. The LED light really sets the fountain off from a visual perspective so I wanted it replaced. I contacted the seller through Amazon messaging and received a very prompt response. About 2 days after messaging the seller I received a new LED/pump since it is an integrated unit at no cost to me. I was very impressed with the seller's very fast response. With todays shipping times I was very surprised to receive the replacement so quickly. Between the beautiful fountain and the seller's quick response when I had an issue I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
