I know the dimensions were listed, but it's hard to appreciate how small it really is until you actually set it up. It's very pretty and soothing. Arrived with a water stain on the side of the box. Once I put it all together, very easy install by the way, it works perfectly. Its much smaller than I originally thought. It includes about 2 handfuls of crystals so I may buy more. This desktop waterfall has a really soothing and relaxing sound, the ball does turn and lights up. The media could not be loaded. This is a fun little item. Tabletop fountain. Its pretty quick to assemble, and easy to set up. Design is smart, so that once the tubing is connected, you simply drop the pump in submerged in the base and then plug it in. The ball spins freely on the water that is being pumped. LED colors change and light up the ball. Its actually quite soothing, fun to watch. I had it in my bedroom, but moved it to living room so everyone can see it. It also can be a nice nightlight. I leave it on 24/7, and it puts off not a ton of light at night, but sufficient to mildly light up a room with color. Its a bit smaller than I expected when ordering (this is why 4 stars instead of 5), and the plastic material behind the ball look cheap. Its supposed to look like a rock wall, but can tell its just plastic. Its still really fun to have on, its soothing to watch the ball spin. And it would also make a good gift. ... show more

This was a little smaller than I expected it to be, but that really is not a problem for me as I have little space. The crystal ball was smaller than expected also, and there really is not a large bag of crystals, although there were enough. It is cheaper looking for the actual waterfall parts, which I could deal with as I usually use these in the evenings when I am in dim light anyway. The main thing I do not like is how the ball rolls around. I would prefer it just lit up and stayed where it was. The ball and the crystals were what I really got this for, to help calm me and focus better. The price is about comparable to a couple of others I have tried that were a little better quality, so it could probably be a little cheaper due to the size. ... show more

    • Quiet trickling sound, not as loud as I hoped
This fountain was easy to set up, the pump was difficult to get suctioned to the bottom of the bowl but other than that the instructions were clear and hassle free. I like the tranquil sounds of water running and this fountain makes the water barely sound with a light trickle, sorta like a whisper.
