I bought one for my grandaughter a year ago and right away it would not hold a charge. But it was to late to return it. So by accident I ordered another of the same brand, and we are having the same issue, along with having trouble navigating around on this thing. It’s hard enough for me to figure it out let alone my 4 yr old granddaughter. I am going to reach out to the company and see if they can do something to compensate me. I cannot return because it’s past the amount of time . It’s also.made of that cheap plastic , the screen is. The only good thing about this tablet is the size is just perfect for her hands. If I get any help on this I will be sure to post that. Customer support is really imp and That could definitely change things for me. Won’t make this mistake again. I bought 2 of these tablets a blue one for my son and a pink one for my daughter and they love them they’re able to play whatever games they want and watch everything that they like to watch sometimes they move a little slow but after I restart them they work fine…my daughter’s screen went out on her tablet and while it’s taking a bit longer than expected they have been great about helping solve that issue ... show more
