Terrible product. Bought this tablet for my daughter. The tablet was incredibly slow even after set up and all systems were updated. Also, the tablet was on the counter and had a protective glass screen applied and in a protective case and the screen was slightly tapped and I noticed a crack in what I thought was the protective glass screen but upon removing the protective screen I found that the actual tablet screen had cracked. My daughter wasn't even able to use the tablet for more than a couple days. I have lost out on over $100 between a tablet that is unusable, a protective screen, the case, tax and shipping. Beyond upset and frustrated and regret this purchase entirely

I’ve purchased 7 or more tablets from this company and they are good for the price that you pay for them. Sometimes they shut off and kick you out of applications and you have to restart it to use again. And the chargers aren’t worth much as they do not last long. If purchasing here prepare to purchase another stronger charger in the future. I’m disappointed with this purchase because the charger head that’s normally provided was not provided making me feel like this is a tablet that was purchased by someone and returned and the charger head was not returned. I don’t know what the issue is but this was supposed to be a gift to someone and it’s upsetting that all of the pieces were not in here. This is the first time that this has happened. I hope the company ships me a new charger head because this is unprofessional and disappointing. Anyway it’s still a good tablet for the price.

I’m not really enjoying this tablet I know it can’t compare to an iPod but I thought it would at least be good . It’s really slow and hard to handle.the WiFi connection is not great.value is ok but function is not.the size is very good but the touch screen is not great..this was not a good buy for me..

This tablet is great for extremely rudimentary tasks. Do not expect good touch response, gaming performance, or rugged build quality. I bought two of them. One, I use as an always-on digital wall clock. The time is always correct by virtue of being on Android OS, and I never have to reset the time even after brief power outages. The other one I use as an always-on video terminal for a home CCTV. Works great. But understand it only has 2GB of ram, only runs a "lite" version of Android, and I found the USB port on one of the two tablet was super janky and lost connection if you futzed with it too much. So, I wouldn't expect it to endure the rigors of daily use/abuse and last very long. In light of its cost this is a fantastic tablet, but just also recognize its inherent limitations...
