I got this for my grandson to play games on. We sat down and got Roblox loaded on it. He played it for a little bit, but was getting frustrated since it was so slow. We took a break from it and when we tried to play it again or load a different game it would not even finish starting up. It was fully charged. It just shows the YQ10S going through a couple of patterns and then it shuts off. I got busy and forgot to try the troubleshooting until today and found my return window has closed. And I can't get it to do the soft reboot or the reset. It just pops up a picture of a dead robot with an exclamation mark above it. Very frustrated.

I’ve purchased 7 or more tablets from this company and they are good for the price that you pay for them. Sometimes they shut off and kick you out of applications and you have to restart it to use again. And the chargers aren’t worth much as they do not last long. If purchasing here prepare to purchase another stronger charger in the future. I’m disappointed with this purchase because the charger head that’s normally provided was not provided making me feel like this is a tablet that was purchased by someone and returned and the charger head was not returned. I don’t know what the issue is but this was supposed to be a gift to someone and it’s upsetting that all of the pieces were not in here. This is the first time that this has happened. I hope the company ships me a new charger head because this is unprofessional and disappointing. Anyway it’s still a good tablet for the price.

This tablet is great for extremely rudimentary tasks. Do not expect good touch response, gaming performance, or rugged build quality. I bought two of them. One, I use as an always-on digital wall clock. The time is always correct by virtue of being on Android OS, and I never have to reset the time even after brief power outages. The other one I use as an always-on video terminal for a home CCTV. Works great. But understand it only has 2GB of ram, only runs a "lite" version of Android, and I found the USB port on one of the two tablet was super janky and lost connection if you futzed with it too much. So, I wouldn't expect it to endure the rigors of daily use/abuse and last very long. In light of its cost this is a fantastic tablet, but just also recognize its inherent limitations...

The screen size is great, the keyboard and mouse work perfectly with the tablet or any mobile device or PC I have tested them out on my Android phone this tablet and my laptop with no issues. The only problem is the RAM!! Do not get this if you want to play fps games like PUBG or COD mobile. This is a "weak" Go version of Android. Watching movies or YouTube and social media apps, it works just fine. Some older games from the play store should be ok like order and chaos if you are a mmorpg fan. I am happy with this purchase! For it's price point and what comes with it is a deal. Just don't expect too much from the specs you get and you will be happy with a large screen Android device 😉
