It connects to the network but says "NO INTERNET ACCESS". All my other devices working fine on the network. Tablet shows EXCELLENT signal strength and 2.4 ghz connection. I tried unplugging the modem and router and plugging them back in. No help. Still says "NO INTERNET CONNECTION" even though it is connected to the network. Update. Seems my router was set on 5 ghz and this tablet only seems to work on 2.4 ghz. I figured out how to set my router to 2.4 ghz and it has been working fine. Very satisified. I only wish the instructions had indicated it only works on 2.4 ghz. After my initial one star review, the company offered a full refund. I love my new tablet! So far I have used it for offline gaming, internet browsing, and streaming. It runs great for playing online games such as Seekers Notes. That game in particular runs super slow on my desktop. No problems at all using my new tablet. It has good speed changing from website to website while browsing the internet. Streaming movies and music videos is no problem either. It has awesome sound quality. The display is large and crystal clear. Best present this Christmas hands down! ... show more

Product is great. Screen is clear, colors are vivid and sound is fantastic. So far the only issue is the wifi and keyboard speed. Even sitting next to the router it's not as fast as it should be sometimes, and the keyboard occasionally takes a second to catch up. Some thing's are slow to load but most of the time it's not an issue. I'd recommend this tablet/brand. Battery life is meh but I play games and watch movies so it runs down a bit quicker. All in all after I finally got it to connect to my wifi I've not had and real issues. I'm happy with it. ... show more
