As other reviewers mentioned, these lamps come in a very small box. Its hard to believe two full-size lamps are packed in there. But they are packed remarkably well and safe. They are very easy to put together, and as a bonus they come with a lightbulb. I love the ability to touch it without trying to look for a knob to turn it on and off. I like the convenience of having a charger right next to my bed thats easily accessible. So when I got my lamps put together, I was excited to set them up. Unfortunately, one of the two lamps malfunctioned. I would touch it and it would not stay on or adjust to a brighter setting. I tried troubleshooting in a variety of ways without success. I loved the lamps and I didn’t want to have to return both of them. I sent a note to Amazon customer service, who in turn connected me with the seller. I had direct communication with the seller via Amazon website. After explaining my attempts at troubleshooting and that I really did not want to return them because I liked them so much, they offered to send me a new shipment with two lamps. When I received them, I once again was excited to get them set up. Lo and behold they worked this time. I really love these lamps. They have three brightness settings that are adjusted by touch. They have a USB port to charge my phone at night while sleeping. And they’re perfect for my needs. Above and beyond that, the seller‘s customer service was superior and I don’t take that lightly. They were ready willing and able to address the issues and resolved it quickly and reasonably. So if you’re giving consideration to these lamps or, perhaps, other products from this seller, I would say go for it and don’t hesitate. I am 100% satisfied!

As my title said, the lamps look great, they are not too heavy or so lightweight that a cat could knock it over, they are very inexpensive, and they are easy to assemble. Having the light bulbs included is also a bonus. I was able to use the charging port since I have a Google phone, but it was very, very slow at charging my phone. Many other reviewers had trouble with the charging ports or couldn't even use them. If they were NOT included, I would have rated these 5 stars, but if a product is advertised as having something include, it should work. Therefor I gave the lamps only 4 stars.

1) The lamps are beautiful, actually I'd call them "sharp", which is exactly what I wanted. Clean lines and chic - didn't want something that would take me an hour to dust, and these deliver. 2) The color matches my bedroom palette perfectly, height is ideal and footprint doesn't take up the whole nightstand. LOVE the 3 lighting options and the touch on/off/dimmer. 2) I can't tell you how impressed I was with the care taken in the packaging. This small box arrived and I thought, oh where are the shades? You put the shades together (in under one minute), avoiding any damage to the shade that would typically occur with shipping. Entire assembly for two was < 10 mins. 3) Great value for the price - GOOD sturdy lamps are NOT cheap. These are worth it.

I was really wary of the concept of having to Assemble the lampshades. I felt like they would look ridiculous when done. I am completely shocked, but they look quite good. And the lamps themselves are amazing. So sturdy and solid. I would buy these again in a heartbeat.

These arrived and were much more durable than I expected. Super easy to put together and they look great. Love the tap feature. Also the perfect height as I didn't want a tiny lamp. I bought a set of 2 more right after for another room because I like them so much.

I read the reviews. I figured more were positive than negative, and really liked them. We just moved out of state to a small rural area for some peace and quiet and to be able to see the stars. With the move I didn't put these together until the week of the return date. A month. Remember when we had 90 days. Well, the day of the last day to return ine died. No rhyme or reason just stopped working. I made sure everything was built well, light bulb was in tight, and worked. I moved sockets and unscrewed and screwed everything back in again, and nothing. The cost I think was $59.99... Well, I now have one $60 lamp. I'm sure it will die soon. How can this product keep being sold with such shotty workmanship? BTW, most people with negative experiences do not post that there is an issue. Lesson learned. With the amount of negative reviews, people were angry enough to take the time to write. Oh, I am so mad. With the state of the economy, many of us are living frugally and can't afford to toss away $30. We'll, I can keep a light on, I guess. Don't waste your money or your time. Don't buy.
