I love these lamps. I bought two of them last year. Recently one of them doesn’t work right. It won’t turn off, and if there is a bulb in it it gets hot really fast. This cute little lamp arrived today and was super easy to put together and plug in. In a couple minutes (no more than 5 min) I decided to move it to another spot to get the full effect. Toughed the light bulb, that had been on medium, and it was scalding hot. Is this normal? I would not trust it to be a night light (as advertised) That’s the only reason I scored it so low and the disappointing possibility of returning it. ... show more

This little lamp is gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous. It's super cute itself, looks very high quality, and the light it casts creates just a lovely ambiance. I'm so happy with my purchase!! And it came with a spare bulb. What a nice touch!! The only negative was that it was packed in a styrofoam box. While that kept it safe during shipping, it's bad for the environment, and it's almost impossible to get all those little "crumb" pieces in the trash because they cling. Still really love the lamb.
