The scooter is fast. But definitely not 68 mph speed. The seat is not comfortable and will need a replacement, the scooter was actually pretty easy to assemble. Quality is still being reviewed, however, the shocks are hard and dont seem to absorb very well like some others scooters or bikes. The battery life is what you'd expect from the scooter, based on speed and weight of the rider. The scooter is massive and heavy, not ideal for simple pack up and go trips. The plastic mud guards are cheap and mine cracked easily the first day I rode the scooter over simple things like end of sidewalks or pot holes. The suspension is stiff, and im not really sure if its adjustable. My particular scooter came with its wheel slightly off center so when I ride it the handle bars are not aligned with the wheel. However I very much like the pull and power of this scooter and thats why it gets no less than 3 stars. All in all I wonder how this scooter will hold up in the long run for its price. Im sure there are better options available but this is a simple commuter for me. Update: Customer service has reached out and is attempting to resolve the issue. Will update once repairs are underway/done. I am changing temporarily to 5 stars until the repairs are done, then will update. ... show more

Arrived in damaged box that was falling apart , frame wheels for storage when folded was in pieces. the damage to frame makes it unsafe or secure because the battery door cant close property. The app doesnt work but my security network notified me of the tracking and geo tracking from China the app was attempting had to delete and resstart my phone and laptop. With the scratches i figured it would make up in performance but no on 100% battery i barely touch 50mph and the throttle jolts forward when you release it instead of just not accelerating. The head lights and speaker 300$ is not worth it any adjustments to the thin aluminum is ireparable. puting on the seat some screws just keep rotating and another came out but wouldn't go back in because of how fragile the aluminum is. 1200$ battery gives a good hr of high performance normal riding hr and a half maybe and the battery display meter jumps around while riding it will turn off no reserve mode warning rode it twice walked home twice. Headlights 1 mode ultra bright blinding an the led light just a on/off switch to rainbow automode no remote or app which is odd for a scooter so expensive. I had hi hopes coming from my laotie ti30 that never died and was faster . The p setting are different aswell no way to turn the torque power up or down. ... show more

1. scooter doesn't hit 68 mph and I'm 200lbs which almost normal weight for an average person, I top it off at 54 mph, also after changing the tires to road 13in, it was very important for me to get it close to that speed for the simple fact that if I was in a stick situation I can escape in cityareas. 2. livivae app doesn't save your controller settings which will get you to use your scooter the way you like. 3.i had to remove rotor for tire change and couldn't because it came stripped company is sending me screws but don't know if I'll be successful removing it. 4..horn is not good you can barely hear it even from a walking communter, they need to put a car horn or something you can adjust. 5. the mirrors it came with only work with the seat you can see anything standing up. 6.front wheel motor comes with a shake I tried putting balance beads and nothing. 7. customer service isn't there all the time once the emails don't stop on your end they get tired of speaking with you and exhausted, they stop responding through emails. 8. parts availability, well most important is battery and wheel motors and control unit but brakes and some other items aren't there after they told there is and there very expensive because of the tariff so choose wisely you do get this for the price, voro motor scooters are smaller and just about as fast as this one, most of these parts you can't find outside, so your almost stuck paying the price. ... show more

I have had this scooter for a few months now and I am definitely very satisfied with it. I usually keep it in dual wheel mode on 1 of 3 speeds because it gives me a quick acceleration to 30-35 which is a really comfy commute speed. So far the fastest I have gotten on it been 59 mph which really extreme and when it warms back up and ice is not an issue (south Dakota here) I’ll see if I can hit the advertised speed but I’m a bigger guy (275 pounds) so I’m realistic. But so far I’m very satisfied and have absolutely no regrets about my purchase :) ... show more

The scooter arrived early. It was well packed, assembly was really easy. The scooter is extremely well built and has a WOW factor as soon as you see it for the first time. The scooter is very fast. The lights are really cool. I'm getting all kinds of compliments, asking how fast is it, and where did i get it. Some advice if you are going to ride this make sure you get rider gear and helmet. Scooter couldn’t be used because the laws in my state need a license to operate it. Scooter was heavy duty but wasn’t really worth the money. Scooter seller only gave partial refund because apparently it was super damaged. Do not recommend.
