I have had this scooter for a few months now and I am definitely very satisfied with it. I usually keep it in dual wheel mode on 1 of 3 speeds because it gives me a quick acceleration to 30-35 which is a really comfy commute speed. So far the fastest I have gotten on it been 59 mph which really extreme and when it warms back up and ice is not an issue (south Dakota here) I’ll see if I can hit the advertised speed but I’m a bigger guy (275 pounds) so I’m realistic. But so far I’m very satisfied and have absolutely no regrets about my purchase :) ... show more

    • price is ok for what you get
1. scooter doesn't hit 68 mph and I'm 200lbs which almost normal weight for an average person, I top it off at 54 mph, also after changing the tires to road 13in, it was very important for me to get it close to that speed for the simple fact that if I was in a stick situation I can escape in cityareas. 2. livivae app doesn't save your controller settings which will get you to use your scooter the way you like. 3.i had to remove rotor for tire change and couldn't because it came stripped company is sending me screws but don't know if I'll be successful removing it. 4..horn is not good you can barely hear it even from a walking communter, they need to put a car horn or something you can adjust. 5. the mirrors it came with only work with the seat you can see anything standing up. 6.front wheel motor comes with a shake I tried putting balance beads and nothing. 7. customer service isn't there all the time once the emails don't stop on your end they get tired of speaking with you and exhausted, they stop responding through emails. 8. parts availability, well most important is battery and wheel motors and control unit but brakes and some other items aren't there after they told there is and there very expensive because of the tariff so choose wisely you do get this for the price, voro motor scooters are smaller and just about as fast as this one, most of these parts you can't find outside, so your almost stuck paying the price. ... show more

Need safety gear

    • Scooter is practically broken at 3 months in of normal usage.
The scooter is fast. But definitely not 68 mph speed. The seat is not comfortable and will need a replacement, the scooter was actually pretty easy to assemble. Quality is still being reviewed, however, the shocks are hard and dont seem to absorb very well like some others scooters or bikes. The battery life is what you'd expect from the scooter, based on speed and weight of the rider. The scooter is massive and heavy, not ideal for simple pack up and go trips. The plastic mud guards are cheap and mine cracked easily the first day I rode the scooter over simple things like end of sidewalks or pot holes. The suspension is stiff, and im not really sure if its adjustable. My particular scooter came with its wheel slightly off center so when I ride it the handle bars are not aligned with the wheel. However I very much like the pull and power of this scooter and thats why it gets no less than 3 stars. All in all I wonder how this scooter will hold up in the long run for its price. Im sure there are better options available but this is a simple commuter for me. Update: Customer service has not responded to my Query about the front motor being broken on this scooter 3 months in. No update, no word back, My guess is seller/manufacturer does not intend to honor their parts replacement warranty, in emails tech loops questions around despite seeing clear video evidence of the problem i stated. The media could not be loaded. The scooter arrived early. It was well packed, assembly was really easy. The scooter is extremely well built and has a WOW factor as soon as you see it for the first time. The scooter is very fast. The lights are really cool. I'm getting all kinds of compliments, asking how fast is it, and where did i get it. Some advice if you are going to ride this make sure you get rider gear and helmet. You won't be disappointed.
