My daughter needed a bike to get around the neighborhood for her pet sits and she settled on this one. It arrived 4 days early. She assembled it herself with the help of the video with little problem. Never owning a powered bike before it was a little nerve wracking when she hit the throttle as she was taking it out of the house so careful with that. After a few laps through the grassy yard she felt very confident and rode out up and down the street for a good long time. We have hills here and the bike handled them with ease. She's 5' and a hundred pounds soaking wet so the height of the seat was a small issue but the bike isn't so heavy so she quickly mastered that. She is very happy with it and I've recommended it to a friend already. ... show more

No rear suspension makes rough riding off road. Everything was packaged good and was easily assembled. 28 MPH on flat ground and around 10 MPH up a 20 degree slope (roughly 50’ long). I’m a larger rider and it handles me fine. Very happy with purchase…. Update on some customer support. I monkey around with the P-settings in the menu and like a dummy I didn’t write original settings down. But thanks to customer support after a couple of e-mails they were able to fix the problem (reset to factory settings). Even sent me a video to make sure I was able to get it right! Really nice e-bike that’s less buck than most at its wattage. Rides great, looks great but the mileage is not as advertised nor are the measurements. I intended for this to be for my child and man this thing is high up, he just has to tip toe. Replacement parts are available on the official website which are crucial when buying budget bikes from international sellers. ... show more
