1. Price. More bed frame for less money. I researched every adjustable bed frame up to $1500. They are virtually the same. 2. Features. I don't right many reviews like I should, but I felt the need to on this one. Tami Tami customer service is AMAZING!!!! It was all done via email, but their response time was within a day, and when they responded, it wasn't just with a yes or no reply. They were very detailed in answering my questions and offering to help in any way!! I could have purchased a different / similar brand of adjustable frame, but chose to pay the $30 or so each for shipping, even with Prime, due to their customer service!! As for the frames. They arrived earlier than expected!!! They were packaged VERY WELL!! The order was correct ( 2 Twin XL) frames for a split king setup. They were very easy to setup, very good quality from what I can tell. This is my first adjustable frames ever. The ONLY issue I had was that one of the frame's massage motors weren't working. The foot massager worked, but the head massager did not. After flipping over the frame to do basic troubleshooting, I discovered that during assembly at the factory, someone zip tied the front massage wire way too tightly which caused it to come unplugged. THANKFULLY.... an easy fix!!! My wife and I have been using the frames for a few weeks to a month now, and so far so good!! No issues! Frames are very sturdy, no noise, and work perfectly!!! The massage feature is nice, and we really like the under lighting!!! If i could give feedback to the company on things to improve, I would HIGHLY suggest that they include one, or possibly 2 brackets on either side to hold the mattress in place, just like the one they supply at the foot of the frame. This would be HUGE, especially for split king setups like mine. The only other suggestion would be to have a button to illuminate the remote control buttons, without having to activate a feature just to find what your looking for in the dark on the remote. My dream bed is finally here and I'm thrilled. When I ordered it on December 18th, the $29.99 delivery fee seemed steep considering the delivery was slated for December 29th. Not being a Christmas celebrator, holiday delivery delays didn’t even cross my mind. I felt a bit disappointed initially. But the bed arrived on December 21st, and the mattress followed on the 22nd, beating its scheduled delivery date of the 23rd. I had my doubts about the Tami Tami T600 Adjustable Bed Frame Queen Size with Remote & Massage at first, mainly because of its low price. But after researching adjustable beds online, I felt more confident in giving it a shot. One thing that drew me to this particular model was the fact that it shared my name, "Tami". Despite the base being very heavy, my mom and I were able to slide it into my room. The setup process was straightforward, involving only the attachment of the legs and verifying all connections. I unboxed my Qabefy Queen Mattress, a 12-inch hybrid mattress with memory foam and individual pocket springs, in medium firm, while I was waiting. Although it required 72 hours to fully expand, it was ready to use after three hours when my nephew came over to flip the bed. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new bed - it's given me the best night's sleep in ages. The decision to buy it was spot on. I was bracing myself for a noisy motor after reading all the reviews, but honestly, mine is super quiet, as you can see from my video. The underbed lighting is perfectly bright, making late-night trips a breeze without disrupting my sleep. The hybrid mattress was a great choice too - it fits the frame flawlessly. This bed frame is perfect! I have osteoporosis and a recent X-ray after I suffered extreme back pain from bending forward (yes, just bending slightly forward 😮) showed that I have compression fractures in my lower back. Being advise it could take up to 12 weeks to heal I had plenty of time to research best supplements, best practices, best ways to heal, etc. I discovered that sleeping in “zero gravity” is the best way to keep my spine aligned to help heal my fractures. So when I saw that the Tami Tami T600 Adjustable Bed Frame remote had a button on its remote dedicated/preset to zero gravity I was drawn to it. Other frames mentioned it in passing but Tami Tami had a whole blurb written about the benefits of zero gravity sleeping so I was impressed. Since I’ve been sleeping on this bed/frame in the zero gravity position I sleep through the night comfortably and wake up without pain. What a blessing! The height is adjustable, it takes two people only minutes to put together, it feels real sturdy. There are charging ports underneath the frame. The remote has a button to turn on the lights under the bed frame which is nice to have if you have to get up in the dark, additionally there is a button for massage and vibration for your upper and lower body, a flashlight, and more. After viewing and comparing several adjustable beds frames, I continued to circle back to the Tami Tami. Affordability was very important along with functionality after viewing actual hospital beds ranging from $4,000 and up. The Tami Tami did not disappoint at all. The cost and not having a massage feature kept me away from the traditional hospital bed which offered no such feature. The massage feature has been a plus for me going to bed at night and getting out of bed in the mornings. And I love the ZG (zero gravity) feature with 1 touch of the remote, my favorite position. It's very stable getting in and out of bed. The instructions were user friendly, my 36-year-old daughter unboxed and completed the set-up in no time, you literally just have to screw the legs on and put the batteries in the remote. No missing parts, although the AI said in the reviews it came with bed rails, none were in my box. I will be ordering and attaching bed rails to my frame after falling out of my bed before I received my adjustable bed. I'm 71 and although I was not injured in the fall I took it as a warning because if I were older or fragile it could have been all bad. All in all, I am very satisfied with my Tami Tami and would recommend this frame to anyone seeking mobile functions, comfort and cost efficient. I was in a hurry to go to the grocery store but I wanted to try this out first so I had my dinner in bed real quick now first off I have chronic pain from multiple chronic illness and when I sit in bed my hips hurt so bad and my legs even with a moveable frame now when I turned the message on it made me feel so relaxed and my sitting hip pain was cut in half so let's just say ill go to the grocery stores tomorrow 😅 🙃 highly recommend 10 0ut of 10. It is heavy but super easy to put together and super sturdy. Perfect size bed doesn't hang over or underlap like i have had in the past. Remote is awesome read the manual or it could be a little confusing and youll miss out on the different message settings 😉. Love the lights and charging porst frees me up some ports I have a lot of things to plug in lol 😆.
