The media could not be loaded. This T4TREAM fluted 5-drawer dresser was a solid purchase overall, though assembly does require patience. The build process was fairly tedious and took approximately 2.5 to 3 hours to complete, but the end result is a sturdy, well-finished piece. I placed this dresser in my guest en suite and use it as both storage and a media stand. It comfortably supports a 32-inch TV on top without any stability issues. Once assembled, the unit feels durable and well-constructed, with drawers that slide smoothly and materials that do not feel cheap. The dark walnut finish and gold accents give it a clean, modern look that works well in a bedroom or living space. My biggest recommendation is to take your time during assembly and follow the instructions exactly. Rushing or skipping steps can result in having to take parts apart and reassemble them, which can be frustrating. Taking breaks during the process helps keep everything aligned and manageable. The media could not be loaded. This chest of drawers are engineered wrong. The opening for the drawers are too wide for the drawer tracks to fit snuggly into. The tracks are too far apart once assembled. So from a functional perspective they do not open and close without one side falling out everytime. It looks pretty and is heavy and durable but the very point of the drawers not functioning make this a huge problem. Not to mention it had to be assembled before I knew this would be the end result. Very frustrating. Save your money. UPDATE: seller not helpful at all. They told me to dismantle the drawers and send those back so as to not have to pay shipping on the full item. What would I do with a large chest of drawers with no drawers??? My request was to send the entire dresser back for a full refund. Super cut and dry. They were very difficult to work with. I ended up doing an A TO Z with Amazon and they are rectifying the problem on my behalf.

Beautiful, very heavy and well made dressers. Very fairly priced and well worth the money. The color is beautiful and looks very high end. Takes about one hour to assemble and they give extra of everything which is a nice touch. Heavy wood and definitely not like the particle board furniture that is normally sold nowadays. Drawers are a bit shallow but I was still able to fit quite a bit in them. Not terribly smooth tracks but still well worth the money. I bought two and would highly recommend!!

Aesthetically, it is a beautiful dresser. I found the drawers to be a little small but overall it works and looks great. My only complaint is the terrible cheap hardware that it came with. It took me three times as much time/work as it should have because the hardware would just warp every time I tried to turn the screwdriver. It made it almost impossible to assemble but once it I finally finished assembling it I was very happy with it.

beautiful dresser HOWEVER It is a pain in the ass to put together. My hands feel bruised from having to screw everything in. I’ve built a lot of furniture and this was by far the worst assembly process. My package also came ripped with the bottom of the dresser cracked. The only reason I did not return it is the fact that it’s 120 lbs and I cannot take that to UPS by myself. If this breaks, it’s going right in the trash. I would not recommend buying.

The unit is beautiful but the put together was a hassle. Which is why I only gave 4 starts. I’ve put together many a furniture pieces but this one tested my gangster. If you’re a novice, you’ll need help, and preferably someone who’s experienced. 5 stars for quality though, but not for the weak. I also have the matching nightstand which was a breeze. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

Never again,LOL. Cheap particle board, holes not lining up, customer service slow. Only gives 50.00 back when contacted then you can't send it back. It is so cheaply made once drawers are togther they don't slide. Can't use it as the drawers don't open well . It slides well then jumps the track. To many negatives to list. Only positive thing was that it arrived on time.
