Whatever,,,, you get what you pay for...... This will be used for radio stage coupling or alignment in the audio stage... using an analog meter across the speaker coil works pretty much better than any other way to tighten the coupling between stages.... You cannot hear the increase in volume but an analog meter will easily show you the increase as it tightens up so accuracy is not important for this trick I learned years ago.... For accurate readings I do of course have the proper meters for that but a digital meter will not work nearly as well as even the low cost analog! I have not checked this but surely just an AC volt meter of the proper range would also work for this alignment !!!! Note that even after a full ~120 step alignment procedure on export CB Radios, the stages can be tweaked a bit tighter if wanted or required with an analog meter, so its worth the lunch money that it cost,,, So far it works ok for its use, nothing to write home about but it makes my job quicker and easier !!!!! Of course ANY analog will do the job, I just wanted a beater and this is it !!!!!

I really love this little multi meter. It's nice and small, compact, and you don't have to worry about 9 volt batteries. I do wish it had either independent settings or was able to tell you whether the polarity on DC voltage is positive or negative. Example, I bought a reverse polarity DC cable. I wanted to make sure it wasn't defective so it didn't ruin some expensive equipment. But I had to get out a bigger clumsier old school meter to tell whether it was center negative or not. If I knew that before buying I still would have bought it. It's great for everything else!

Cute unit and works as described, _except_: while the charging receptacle is USB-C shaped, it does not conform to USB-C standards, missing the CC1/CC2 resistors that allow it to be charged with compliant USB-C wall-chargers (or many C-to-C cables). Either use an A-to-C cable, or use an adapter that adds the resistors externally to charge from a USB-PD charger. EDIT: Originally rated 3 stars due to above issue, but seller informs me factory has fixed the issue so it won't recur in future units (and offering a refund), so bumping review to 5 stars.

This has some really good points, I love that its rechargeable ,is in full color so its easy to read, very small and thin and is accurate. I also like the no touch current sensor. The only down side is that since its automatic ,when you want to check resistance it might choose to show continuity. There is no way to control that as far as I know because you dont have the options to set the meter to the test you'd like. Other than that I like it. Works well for almost everything

Product looks nice, good size, readable enough (for its accuracy) and has decent probes. Analog meters are nice because just the swing of the movement catches your eye when troubleshooting something. Don’t expect extreme accuracy, it doesn’t cost near as much as a Simpson. But on this one, accuracy is terrible; worse than some of the even cheaper meters I’ve had in the past. After I zeroed the pointer (it was badly off), I found the 0 ohm resistance reading needs to dramatically adjusted for every range. The meter may be zeroed at one range, but will slam the needle to the peg at the next higher range. According to this voltmeter, my house voltage is 135V. I will keep it mostly because I have a much more accurate digital meter if I need it. If this one was my only meter, it would have been returned.
