Excellent option. This tiny unit is a bit of a powerhouse and looks to be well made and thought out. This is much smaller than my cell phone. I was not so sure I'd like the built-in leads but the compact nature and features of tjis unit negate my concern. It recharges with the USB-C charger. It has a non-contact tester that shows a signal strength that has no problem picking up something as minimal as a cable going to charge my cell phone - and shows the signal strength going from weak to medium to strong as it gets closer to it. This meter takes a standard AA batteries and doesn't have random numbers bouncing all over the screen when have a dead circuit. Anyone who can make toast can figure out how to read the chart. Ditch the fancy digital meter and get one that is useful.
