If it doesn't work at first, you'll have to connect the wire. I had to contact the seller and provides me with an instructional video. It's 8 screws total. You may have to peel back the sticker a bit to reveal the screw. Then pull that lid off and connect the only wires that isn't connected. Worth it though. Test rode it earlier this morning. Going to take it out and see what this baby can do. Worth the purchase.     • A good scooter if it arrives in working condition.
I really like the scooter overall. It is fast, rides well, and has a very nice design. However, my experience was impacted by the fact that the scooter arrived with a flat tire, which made it unusable right out of the box. Because the scooter was compromised upon delivery, there was a three to four day back and forth between myself, the seller, and the Assurant protection plan I purchased. It is important to understand that the protection plan does not become active until 30 days after purchase, so even though I had coverage, it was not immediately available to resolve the issue. The seller did work to expedite the replacement tire, and I eventually received reimbursement, but the full process still created a significant delay. Between waiting on the tire and waiting on the reimbursement, it took approximately three to four weeks to get the scooter fully back up and running. Overall, I do believe the scooter is worth purchasing if it arrives in proper working condition. It is fast, attractive, and enjoyable to ride. However, if you receive one with damage or a mechanical issue, be prepared for a potentially inconvenient process before you are able to use it. ... show more

It's a beast! But it has its flaws.. I'll be honest in my opinion of the product.. the unboxing was ok but had some flaws with the packaging.. assembly was rasy.. no real instructions on the p-settings.. the controller doesn't seem right the display is cheap but at this price point I can r complain.. as well as the display.. the trigger on the display is not responsive sometimes and sometimes its jerky.. those two monster motors(which are good) drain the battery real fast.. the plus is that you can add another battery underneath.. I haven't yet unlocked the true potential of this thing but it is a tank.. it rides well and I think a damper isn't necessary . I have a buffseek s-13 and it is faster off the line then t/tan and it only has dual 800w motors. Overall I like it and a little later when I get the kinks out I will share more! I got it 3 days ago so we shall see! ... show more

    • THIS SCOOTER HAS IT ALL
I bought this for my grandson to ride to his job about 5 miles from home. He's a licensed driver, but this is so much more economical than a car. No license plate, no insurance, no gas, no garage. He carries it in to work with him and keeps it right in his apartment at night. Now to be dead honest, I don't know very much (anything, really) about these scooters, but he does and thinks it's about the best currently available under $1K. It has a range of about 50 miles if you're willing to go slow. Taking it up to 50mph eats up the battery much more quickly. The two motors - one in each wheel - give great torque and a really solid feel he says. The seat is a big plus for longer trips. He's happy, and maybe so will you be. Delivery is via FEDEX and needs to be signed for by an adult upon arrival. ... show more

    • Not worth the money or the time putting it together.
The scooter came to me with stripped headlight screws, a seat that cobbled and for life of me wouldn't stay in place causing for a uncomfortable ride.( the seats quality was good and soft though.) It never reached the speed posted and i'm well below its weight limit. This scooter need to be wider i guess for a seat it just felt awkward to ride and unsafe. I went over a small bump at 25 mph and the whole scooter felt like unstable, the scooter started to wobble and shake, i mean after getting it under control the handle bars loosened. I wouldn't recommend this scooter to anyone. We'll maybe my worst enemy lol ... show more

Good product. Built sturdy. It is heavy due to the 2 motors and battery. But I do have one problem. I received mine with a broken thumb throttle. Reached out to the company waiting for a response. Hopefully I receive one soon

Gps actual speed is 40 mph and going at that speed youll get about 12-15 miles per charge that being said its extremely customizable and i put speakers on mine and rgb lights and have rode it to and from work and charge before every ride its not bad especially for the price ive definitely gotten my moneys worth just want ppl to know real world stats before buying because the claimed stats are a little off. Easy assembly, ok ride quality its a little shaky at 40 with no stabilizer but the breaks are really good so thats a huge plus. ... show more
