The aesthetic of the dryer is lovely. The colors are rich and create a look that speaks of quality and elegance. The versatility of this product is a definite plus. Multiple attachments and barrel sizes allow you to have several different tools in one appliance. The design of this dryer is lacking in a couple of areas. Where the attachments fit into the dryer and below that where the cuff displaying the logo is displayed are prone to grabbing and pulling out my hair when I attempt to use the large brush with a curling motion. I have always disliked round brushes that pull out my hair, so this was a bit of a downer for me. A couple of other flaws have to do with the temperature changing button. While it is sleek and easy to use, while styling your hair, it is very easy to accidentally change the temperature during the process. This takes extra time to change the temperature back every time it gets accidentally hit. The other functional issue is that the temp automatically changes back to cold every time the dryer is turned off. This is not so much a flaw as it is an inconvenience. A temperature setting control like the on/off button would be preferable. The curling attachments work well, and the dryer attachment has a concentrated airflow pattern that lends toward faster drying times. Overall, I will not be returning the item. It is sufficient enough for now; however I would not buy the same product again without additional design changes. ... show more

First off, I LOVE this product. The caboodle is incredibly durable and attractive. The hair dryer, by itself, is the best I’ve used in my 40 years. There are a few attachments - round brush and curl iron. The attachments are easy to install and remove. The included hair clips are very useful. The navy and gold color makes the entire set look luxurious. Everything fits perfectly inside the caboodle. Now, this won’t be great for everyone. The dryer could work for everyone, except there isn’t a diffuser attachment. My curly haired daughter did have some dry frizz after drying. There is no way she could use the round brush or curl iron. Her hair is too curly and dense. I have long, thin, straight hair and I could use the brush and iron, however, it worked the best on my friend with a short straight bob. My other daughter has loooong, straight, thiiiick, hair and the brush and iron were useless. ... show more
