These pans are just good. There are pros and cons, they are pretty lightweight and heat up fast, but depending on what I am making, it could be too much fast heat for foods that need to cook from within like meat. They are good for making breakfast, but I wouldn’t prefer them for cooking meat. Since they are thin, the food does cook fast and is not recommended for food that needs to be slow cooked. I have tried to turn down the heat to slow the cooking, but because they are thin, they just don’t give the same results as some of my other heavy duty pans. These pans are just good.
