I wasn't expecting as much as I got. It was easy to assemble and figure out. It works! We have 6 pets, so this little thing has a tough job. I vacuumed my entire house and it took up the fur, hair, cat litter. It got clogged once, but was easy to clear (so much fur). The bin is small and needed to be emptied several times, but that was very easy. The bin has a cylinder in the middle for air intake and fur gets stuck up in there, but they thought of that and included a tool to make cleaning it out easy. The brush did get hair wrapped around it, like any vacuum (my hair is down to my butt), the tool has a hook with a cutter in it that make short work of that problem too. I did order the extra battery and needed to change out batteries, I had it on the highest setting, so that was expected and I do recommend taking advantage of the extra battery. I bought extra filters but have not needed them yet. We have a lot of fur, dust and dander. This was lightweight, easy to use, and work very well. Even my husband is impressed. It is also pretty quiet. The extendable handle and attachments make it easy to reach the cobwebs, and the weight is light enough to lift it to reach them with one hand. For once vacuuming was not a huge hassel and didn't make me feel like I had just done a full body workout. ... show more

I got this vacuum when it was on sale for just under 90 dollars I believe, and while I think it's met it's worth there, I really don't think I'd ever pay more than that. It's a good vacuum, it does it's job. But there are little things that make it, in my opinion top off at 90 and a better sale price at maybe 70. It vacuums well forward, not so much pulling it back. I'm dubious on it's suction power on carpet, even though mine is low pile and I turn it on to it's highest suction. The space I clean with it is quite small; around 400 sq ft, and when I return it to it's charging station it's already lost a bar. If I really take my time (say 20 minutes instead of 10 to 15), it can go down to two. And after only two months of having the vacuum, the button used to unlatch the dust canister just...fell off. Nothing broken, it seemed. So I put it back in and tried to reattach the canister, but it wouldn't connect. After talking with the company they came to the conclusion that a spring must have dislodged. Unfortunately, they don't have spare parts so they'll be sending another vacuum in it's place. They were nothing but professional and a pleasure to talk to, so top notch service there; I just feel it's a bit of a waste to send a whole vacuum when I'll essentially have to toss the other. Or recycle it if I can. We'll see how the new one fares. If it ends up going through the same thing I'll have to request a refund. But I hope that wont be the case. In the end, it's still a handy vacuum that does it's job. ... show more

The battery has yet to die while I vacuum the house. I only need it on the high setting if I’m using the fabric brush or sometimes I interchange it between high and low depending on what I’m doing. I love how it charges and hangs from the wall. It’s very lightweight and doesn’t take up much space at all. I love the light to show me the mess to clean. Everything about this vacuum is nice. UPDATE******* I haven’t had this vacuum that long and really, it’s the worst vacuum I’ve ever owned. I thought at first it was ok and the battery was good but that was because I used it on low. As soon as I turned it to high it wouldn’t last but maybe 15 minutes and I always kept it fully charged. My floors stayed dirty looking bc this wasn’t getting the dirt. I tried everything cleaning it out head to toe and the dirt constantly would fly right back out. I hate that!! I didn’t realize how awful of a vacuum it truly is until I got a Hoover and cleaned my floors, everything this vacuum wouldn’t do. Hoover had no problems! This is my first time owning a cordless stick vacuum and I have to say, I can't imagine life without one now. I love this little thing! I have a regular vacuum I use at least once a day, but it's extremely bulky and heavy and dragging it out for small messes was super annoying plus even though my regular vacuum is meant for dual use on carpet and hard floors, it just really didn't get the job done on my tile or my vinyl mats. I was still having to sweep after using the vacuum and still had to contend with sand (I live in a very rural area). With this, though, smaller messes are a breeze. I use it several times a day now. It gets sand and pet hair my large vacuum misses, and it's so much easier to maneuver. I don't have to worry about bending down to sweep into my dustpan and dragging my hair through the sweep pile accidentally since my hair is long. It's been such a help to maintaining cleanliness. This one has 3 speed settings to suit your needs, is easy to take apart to clean the canister, also easy to take apart to remove a clog (which is rare actually) and put back together, and can be used in a several different ways between the stick in different heights, no stick, and the tools. Suction is great but it does struggle picking up larger pieces of dog food for example. Battery is long lasting, but it's also really easy to keep on the charger between uses, so I never worry about it not having any power. I love mine. I highly recommend it! If you're on the fence, I think you should go for it. I honestly didn't even expect it to be as useful as it is, and I'm so glad I went ahead and got it. ... show more

Vaccum is dead after 5 months, battery is fully charged but the vacuum does not turn on and display is blank. This was the comment I put in my first review and I gave it one star, I am now changing it to 5 star due to the fact that the manufacturer contacted me immediately after seeing my review and fixed the problem by shipping me another brand new unit.
