Ordered this chair and the holes did not line up to adhere the back to the seat. I contacted customer service and they were good about immediately sending out a replacement. Just got the replacement today and the same problem has occurred with this new replacement - the holes for the left side do not line up and the screws cannot be properly secured. It is a big problem trying to return these chairs. I do not recommend this chair. ... show more

This is a great office chair, easy to assemble. Since covid I have been working from home and sitting more than 8hours daily and my back hurt me pretty bad, have a chance to get this new chair. it is very comfortable, strong back support. It's fairly easy to assemble for me, no issue there. But that's as far as it goes. I'm short so I need a small chair and this seems to be the size. I had a great one from Costco, but that one was slightly big for me, specifically the seat length was longer than my thigh. That old one got wear and tear so I looked for a replacement for daily work use. This chair fixes the length issue, but it's very uncomfortable to sit in for even 15 minutes. Specifically, felt like my entire bottom went asleep. So, I had to use a seat cushion, but that makes my feet not flat on the ground, then I had to use a foot rest. Ok, I have them, I can live with that. But the back barely has any curve or support. The arm rests are not adjustable so it's inconvenient if you're not the right fit (width and height). On top of that, the round grey part at the side of the armrests (you can see them in product picture) are covers for some sort of screws underneath, and they keep popping off almost everyday and I have to put them back in. I would leave them off if I didn't have a toddler in the house. 4 months old now and I kinda feel like it's not going to last much longer, probably 1 year top. Welp, guess I'll go shopping in stores for a replacement soon then. At least I can try them out before buying. Not recommended. ... show more

Screws did not fit and were so soft when you tried to screw them in they stripped right away. We do not want this chair. My husband refuses to try to put another one together. We jus want a refund.
