Excellent chair but is not made for larger people to sit in. I love that the arms move on the chair which makes it easier to sit in it but they often get caught on my shirts when standing or sitting. Also the pattern of the fabric does not feel good against bare legs and will leave annoying marks. It is comfortable as far as back support goes. I have used the chair for a year now and it's reasonably comfortable and durable. It makes a bit of noise when moving around, unfortunately. I would recommend it for anyone 5'10" and below. I found it far too low for my standard sized office desk setup. I'll have to get a taller one.

Overall, I really did love this chair. It was comfortable and provided everything I needed. However, I am not going to dock it a star for build quality since its price point is so low. After 12 months, my chair gave out and began to lean in one direction (maybe bending). This was likely due to all the times I had my wife (120lbs) sit on my lab while on the chair (I'm 200lbs). Over time the chair began to dysfunction due to this constant weight -- not sure what the specified maximum weight was, but clearly it's not 320lbs. ... show more

Fine chair, great chair if it was the same price as before. Ordered the chair in April 2022 and the black/white option was $110. Trying to order a second one in Dec 2022 and the same model was spiked up to $199. Insane and significantly lowers the value. Certainly not worth $200. At least the all black version is $120. As for the chair, good chair. Casters could be better though for carpet, easily replaced though. ... show more

Over all chair is good, I am 5’7 and slim. This chair is not for someone who is large and heavy. Built quality is okay, it looks better in pictures then it feel in real. It works for me for my office space. I particularly feel cloth padding can be made more comfortable and plastic handle has sharp edges. Pros - good for the price, value for what you pay. Easy to assemble, light weight and easy to move over stairs if needed. Handle moves up and compact for storage. I like it and would recommend anyone who is not to big in size. Cons - smaller in size.     • 7 Months In, Chair is No Longer Usable

The chair was awesome for the duration it worked, I loved the fact that you could lift up the chair arms because sometimes they just get in the way. It's comfortable and large enough that I did not have any complaints. However...7 months in. The chair's gas lift cylinder just gave up. Straight died. The chair can now only be sat down at its lowest height setting because it no longer retains its height. The chair seat also now leans to whatever direction I sit on it so if I sit forward, it will lean forward which is really bad, especially on the lowest height setting. Not sure what prompted this, I am a 160 lbs 5'9" male for reference, so I wouldn't imagine it is my weight. It just didn't last as long as I hoped for. Edit: While the chair is no longer functional, the support team did reach out to send another chair. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was a faulty gas lift for the first chair. The second chair seems to be holding up for the time being. At the very least the support is easy to reach out to for issues like these so I am adding some stars back for that reason. ... show more
