This Systane product came in highly recommended for something strong enough to actually relieve discomfort, but gentle enough for regular use without preservatives. Been using these drops consistently for over a year now, usually once or twice a day, especially after long work sessions. The soothing effect is noticeable almost immediately. Within seconds, my eyes feel more comfortable and less strained, which makes it easier to keep working or reading. They feel effective without causing stinging or irritation, and I haven’t had any negative skin reactions around the eyes, even with frequent use. For me, right after applying the drops, my vision gets slightly blurry for the first few minutes. It clears up on its own, but it’s something to plan around, especially if you need to look at a screen or drive right away. Another minor issue is the bottle design. Some bottles don’t open smoothly, and when squeezing, it’s easy to dispense more drops than intended. That can be wasteful, especially for a product that isn’t cheap. These feel more substantial than basic artificial tears. They don’t just coat the eye briefly; the relief lasts a reasonable amount of time. Wonderful eye care product! My optometrist recommended Sustane Pro to relieve my dry eye symptoms. It's a milky solution and the product made my eyes blurry for about 2 minutes. The silky cooling eye feel was so soothing immediately. Each blink felt smooth and comfortable, it's unlike most OTC eye drops. The delivery system isn't like the usual rounded tip. My ophthalmologist suggested I use this Systane PRO eye drops for my dry eyes because it's preservative free and lasts for 12 hours so a once a day use. It was very effective and soothing for the long trips to and from my eye doctor! But I did find that the gel like drops was more difficult for me to administer into my eyes. Plus it took about 20 minutes before the fuzziness in my eyes cleared enough for me to see clearly therefore I had to plan to administer the drops at least 30 minutes before I left home. ... show more

I use these eye drops after spending the entire day working in front of my computer while wearing my glasses, and they provide excellent relief. More affordable then paying the same price in the store for *one* bottle. I have horrible dry eyes, and my tears don't have the quality they used to have. My optometrist recommended I start using this 2-3x a day. I noticed huge difference after a week of use, and I can wear my dailies again without them feeling like plastic on my eyeballs. I'm a 33yr old female gamer, who works at an office job and drives an hour to work and back, with seasonal allergies, and these help immensely with redness, itchiness and general irritation. These drops do blur your vision for a little bit. (Not as much blur as the gel) They do not sting. The dripper is VERY conservative. Not an easy eye wash. I will use this order, but probably not get them again.

Very good product it has the preserve free so no preservatives. The good thing about that is there’s no extra chemicals. It’s a triple action, oil ointment or or whatever they call this stuff.
