Good way for me to increase my water intake when working from home. When delivered, the bottom of the box was opened and taped up. Makes me wonder if this was a used dispenser, and not brand new. Setup was easy. Water temperatures are not as advertised. I would not say the water is "ice cold". It's colder than room temp, but not cold as if it has ice in it. Same for the hot..."piping hot" it is not. But owning this dispenser is better than renting one. Overall, I'm satisfied. ... show more

We picked this up to limit our use of bottled water. The dispenser was easy to unpack and install. The unit generates hot water perfect for instant oatmeal, ramen, or tea. The cold water is nicely chilled and the unit is fairly quiet. You'll notice it when it clicks on, but the sound is not obtrusive, and it doesn't seem to run very often after the initial setup. We have a couple places locally to get the water exchanges from and the process is smooth. The included coupons get you set up for free for the initial bottle and first exchange. We are drinking more water now and we've cut our single use plastic recycling dramatically. All around, I'm happy and satisfied. ... show more

When this product first arrived, we loved it but after a few months things changed. We started noticing how loud it had gotten. Also, there are no cleaning instructions. What we did have was pretty vague. It does heat and cool the water but we ended up turning the heat off due to the noise which is also loud as it cools the water. I am really enjoying this water cooler, although I've only been using it doe a week. It was so easy to set up...just mount to the wall with 2 screws, and then just plug it in and flip on the power switch! There was a bit of a plastic-y taste, but it seems to be disappearing. The design of this is a bit more modern, instead of the typical flip-lever water dispensing method there are red (hot) and blue (cold) buttons on the top that are super easy to push. I have no idea of the longevity of this product, nor can I comment on how it is to clean (it seems easy) because I've only used this for a week, but at this point, I would recommend this.
