I am recovering from eye surgery and need to use drops for dryness more often. This is the brand my doctor had on the list to get. I love the soothing nature of the drops. But the tip bottle design is horrible! It is hard to line up to use and almost always it squeezes out 2 drops at a time. I'm going to go thru twice as much and that will cost me more to have to replace it more often. I am going to try and find the old style tip for this or will switch to another kind of drops. i have bought numerous bottles of refresh preservative free eye drops on amazon. the invoice states on all of the purchases that they are hsa or fsa eligible. then i bought these systane eye drops along with some steri lid. the invoice showed the sterilid was eligible but not the systane. i tried to just send this to the seller. however, im not going to spend all day trying to figure out how. if it is even possible. as for the product. i liked it. i don't yet know if i am going to start using it all the time over refresh or not. ... show more

    • Large Flat Dropper only Usable from Above Your Eye

This is a good product. However, the dropper arrangement does not work at all for me. You can ONLY use it by holding your head back and the dropper above your eye. I strongly prefer to instill drops by holding out my lower lid. I understand why the dropper arrangement is designed as it is. Since this is preservative free they don't you want you to contaminate the solution by touching the dropper to your eye. This does happen for me when using the lower lid method occasionally/rarely with other dropper designs. Still, I can't use this product at all. ... show more

The blue tip on the Systane Complete PF container is the BEST design ever! It allows you to see AND to aim where you want the drops to land in your eye. Super functional and easy! It’s also convenient to not carry around individual tiny vials that, if opened and unused, have to be soon thrown out. The preservatives used in my prescription glaucoma eye drops actually started my minor dry eye issue. My eye doctor recommended using Systane Complete PF, as needed, because the preservative-free prescription glaucoma eyedrops are super expensive and my insurance won’t cover them. I’m VERY happy with how well this product works. It’s been really helpful and my eyes feel normal once again. ... show more

I haven’t tried it yet because I was worried I received a cloudy solution. But when I checked out Sytane website, here is what I found: What color is SYSTANE® COMPLETE PF? The product is milky white.     • Great replacement for vials, drops and design much improvement over other brands

Doctor requires me to have preservative free drops for very severe dry eye syndrome. Been using Refresh vials, inconvenient, expensive and using at least 6 times per day. Also, the instructions say to not use vials more than once. Fortunately, the Refresh vials do reclose and the doctor said OK as long as the tip wasn't contaminated. (Generic brands cheaper but don't reclose so end up much more expensive as must be discarded after one use.) Unfortunately, the sharp edge of the Refresh vials, combined with my poor near vision, caused me to stick myself in the eye repeatedly. Systane comes in a cleverly designed bottle, with a recessaed tip that prevents accidentally poking into the eye. Takes a bit of practice, but works great and much more safely. And I am using Systane about half as often as Refresh. So saves money and time. Systane is wonderful product. ... show more

It does not leave me with blurry vision and a crusty white film around my eyes that was result of the expensive drops. Its been many years since my eyes have felt and looked so good.
