We purchased this TV for our new outdoor space near our pool. It’s been a wonderful addition for pool days and nights. The biggest surprise for us is the picture quality during sunny afternoons! I recommend adding either a Bluetooth or wired speaker as the TV sound didn’t quite get loud enough. We use a Bluetooth Bose speaker and it’s been great for movie nights! Even though it’s listed as an outdoor rated TV, I strongly recommend purchasing an outdoor cover or some way to protect it in bad weather. After six months we had an issue with our first TV. They responded to our email within twenty four hours helping us solve the problem. I highly recommend this TV not only for the quality picture but for this companies exceptional customer service!! We have been blown away at not only the quality of the picture of this TV, but also the build quality and customer service of the company. After several months of ownership, our first unit developed issues where the remote would no longer communicate with the TV, thus rendering it unusable since there are no physical buttons on the TV. I've not had very good luck with manufacturer warranty support with many items I've purchased on Amazon, so I was hesitant to even reach out. However, I was blown away at the support Sylvox provided. They had several different teams attempt to diagnose the issue (I was nearly certain it was simply an issue with the remote), but none of those steps worked. They stated they were sending me a new remote out and I waited a couple of days. At that time, a top-tier tech support agent reached out to me and stated he was aware of this exact issue and that a replacement remote would not correct this issue. He apologized for the delay, but said he was shipping out a brand new TV and remote for me, next day shipping because of the delay! I received the new TV, boxed the old one up, and used their pre-paid shipping label to send it back. It couldn't have been easier! I also was pleasantly surprised to discover they had updated the design of my original TV. Not only does it seem more solidly built (the first was great, this one is excellent), but it now has physical buttons on it! Pricey, but built to be used outside. It has a metal frame around the screen, cabling is all underneath with a foam(ish) section to allow the cables to be connected without exposing them to the elements. Our TV is on a mobile stand inside a covered deck with one wall exposed to the outside. Heat and humidity hasn't been an issue but we haven't had it long enough to subject it to freezing temperatures. All of the expected smart apps are available, internet wireless connection is fine. I was expecting for the antenna tuner to do a little better since we have an indoor TV on a similar antenna that picks up more local channels. Will be upgrading the antenna to hopefully pick up the rest of the locals. ... show more

We shopped a number of brands looking for an outdoor TV. There were a number of different brands available so we had to spend some time reviewing each one. Our criteria included one That could withstand the Florida heat/humidity as well as manage the glare from the bright sun. Finally, everything we were to run on this TV was going to come through the WIFI, which was located inside the house. We found everything in the Sylvox Deck Pro model (43"). It installed easily (we had a previous wall mount and were able to use part of the infrastructure from that effort) and was simple to configure. The WIFI connected immediately. We have used it in bright daylight as well as in the evening. It has delivered on every one of our requirements. We are very happy with our selection and found the price to be competitive. This tv does what it’s supposed to do, you can watch it outdoors. The picture isn’t great and the sound is horrible. The first tv that arrived had operating system and remote control issues. The company replaced it quickly. If I buy another outdoor tv in the future I would strongly look at other brands first. They’re more expensive but maybe they will have a better picture and sound. ... show more

Pool side outdoor TV. Clear picture and uses our WiFi from inside the house. Cables are closed up. We used a waterproof box underneath to keep all cables and power connected.. Great buy for our family.
