Why did you pick this product vs others?: This was supposed to be rating for extreme temperatures. It's not even 120 degrees here in Las Vegas and at 100 degrees this thing starts blacking out the screen wherever the sun hits it. It is supposed to partial sun, but yet even in the shade the brightness is equal to that of the Amazon Fire TV I previously used or my Roku TV. The glare sucks. The blackout sucks. I wasted money on this purchase after insisting that one made for outdoors would be better than the typical indoor ones. Save your money and buy regular and just use a small fan behind the TV to keep it cool in the back and it'll work just fine. ... show more

I have had this TV for a couple of months. We enjoy watching movies on the patio - beautiful picture and the sound is amazing. Well built and the back is very protected for outside use.

The only thing good about this TV was the price, video is 1080 P at best, remote functions are very poor engineering, and you need to use external speakers with this TV. The audio is very poor to say the least.
