I do not have the opportunity to use it within the range of the return date window. I used it for the first time and the food was okay but the machine got spoiled and was unable to use it again. The machine can not be used for a long time.

    • Makes a perfectly smooth fufu
I'm a fan. It cooked cassava, yams, and plaintain perfectly. Also semolina flour. I am thoroughly impressed. Takes up little space on my counter, and easy to clean up. I do wish it was automated though.

    • Dissatisfied and disappointed
Product doesn’t do what it says it does. I tried to make fufu twice, it didn’t blend well and bottom of machine got burnt both times. I think seller sent me a defective machine. I’m really disappointed.

    • Good but has some serious drawbacks
I used the Syinix Swallow Maker Eco to prepare plantain fufu. The machine boils the plantain and, once softened, you press the “mix” button to mash it. The final result was decent, but the product has two significant drawbacks. 1. Cleaning the machine is unnecessarily difficult. The bowl and the top plastic cover are not removable, which makes proper washing a challenge. Because the heating element is built into the bowl, it isn’t designed to come into contact with water. Cleaning it without letting water seep into the electrical components—especially through the vent holes at the bottom—is frustrating and risky. A removable mixing bowl that could be safely washed in the sink would have been a far better design choice. As it stands, the bowl is heavy, awkward to handle, and clearly labeled “Do not immerse in water,” which only adds to the inconvenience. 2. The mixing rod raises safety concerns. The rod appears to be made from a hard plastic, but the product provides no information about the material used or whether it is safe for high-heat food preparation. Given that it comes into direct contact with hot food, the lack of transparency is troubling. ... show more

Don’t buy. It doesn’t work but the mistake I made was I destroyed the box so I couldn’t return it . Waste of money
