I purchased the Heavy Duty Chair Cushion Support for Sagging Cushions (17x22) Reinforced Plywood Chair Seat Support for Sagging Seat just for extra support-- because HEY, they were $400 for 2. I marked down because of how it’s packaged. I don’t know who had the bright idea to package the armrest part ‘inside’ the armrest part! It’s zippered inside and does not show that in the parts lists. One box was poorly taped back up and box damaged. I thought it was missing the piece, that box didn’t even have instructions or parts lists, so I opened the second box. Pulled everything out, matching part for part. Then at the bottom of the second box was the paperwork. I read the parts list, 10 parts. I had 9 each. With the chairs spread out on my floor, I called as the paperwork said to do if missing parts. I got the voicemail. I called Amazon and they reached out to them too. I’m handicapped and was upset I went to all that work for nothing. Well, last night I decided to read the instructions and lo and behold, step 1, unzip armrest and pull out backrest! Who starts putting together anything when a main piece is missing? After having everything all unwrapped and laid out, it took about an hour each to put together. It was easy but the wrench of course was time consuming at a third a turn at a time! The quality is what you pay for. But I just wanted something I could spin around and watch nature. They won’t be used a lot but they look nice and meet their purpose. I do like them. ... show more
