I bought two chairs in the linen color even though I don’t usually purchase big items with very few reviews. I don’t regret it at all! I love the size and color of these chairs. They are comfortable and very sturdy. The only thing I had to assemble was the base.

I like the chair a lot. I like the look, and the swivel, and it is comfortable. Very easy to attach the swivel. We ordered two. Our problem was that originally they sent the wrong color. So, I asked for replacements and re-boxed the wrong colored ones. I got the replacements on separate days and the expected arrival dates kept changing. One of the replacements was faulty as it had a load squeak. I asked for a replacement for that one and was denied a replacement since I had already had it replaced once -- because they sent the wrong color. So, I ordered a new one and it is great. So, it took a long time and I'm not sure whose fault it was that the wrong color was sent and the replacement was so complicated. I ended up sitting around the house on several days waiting for the people to pick up the bad ones and deliver the good ones. I'm retired so that was OK but a working person would have had to arrange to be home for roughly five days. Again, don't know if that was Amazon's fault of the chair maker. These chairs are beautiful and amazing quality! The box was very damaged in shipping. We ordered two chairs and because of the box damage the hardware for one chair was missing. My husband was able to find some at our hardware store. We love the color, materials and size. They look much more expensive than they were. ... show more

The base has to be attached to the chair but was quick and simple. I’m not sure I received the right color. I ordered flax beige but the chair arrived in a box marked cream. The color works in the room so I kept it but was lighter than I expected.
