This is definitely a very sturdy bike. If you are looking for a feather weight bike, this is not the one for you. The bike is packaged very securely with an appropriate amount of protective foam/cardboard/plastic. The box is clearly labeled that there is a bike inside, so take that into consideration when tracking your delivery. Installation involves attaching the seat & seat bar, handle bars, front wheel, pedals and front fender. You will need several tools, no tools are included with the purchase. It took me a little while to assemble the bike, as it was my first time ever doing something like this, but between the written instructions and the on-line video, I was able to figure it out. One small glitch, the front fender had a dent in it (it appears to have happened at the factory, as there was no evidence of the shipping box being damaged). I called the 1-800 number, gave the model # etc. and had a helpful conversation with customer service - 2 days later a new fender arrived. Overall, very pleased with my purchase and that it was an American company that I purchased from. ... show more

    • Great Bike - comfortable and easy to ride
I am not going to lie, this bike is not only cute but super comfortable and easy to ride. I haven't ridden a bike in over 20 years and I wanted something that was comfortable so I could ride a bike with my toddler. I put it together myself with minimal assistance. It is a 3 speed with no hand brake so that may have been why it was so easy but definitely someone with minor mechanical skills can accomplish. On this bike, you are seated more upright making it very comfortable plus has an extra large seat which is nice. I strongly recommend this bike for anyone wanting to cruise around town. ... show more

    • Super cute, easy to ride, and fun!
I love my new bike! I ride five days a week on park trails with my son. It’s easy to ride and the seat is so comfortable. The only thing is that you need to really tighten the handlebar joint. If you don’t and your bike falls over (like mine did) the handbags can become slightly crooked and need to be adjusted again. Sometimes the front tire rubs on the guard when I turn, but it doesn’t hinder me at all. Overall I love this bike. It’s cute and stylish. Look to Schwinn to build a great bike. Sturdy construction, attention to design and safety. Haven’t ridden a bike in a long time. So very happy that I chose this bike to start my new exercise adventure.

    • Poor Quality, impossible to assemble
Poorly made and extremely difficult to assemble! The fenders are trash. They rub against the tires and ultimately had to be removed. Brand new out of the box when removing a fender, the screw broke off of the bike. If it were possible to return this without a moving van, I would. Extremely disappointed! And the seat arrived with a slice in the cushion. The instructions included were for a different model bike. ... show more
