This is an excellent floor lamp (and can be mounted horizontally too!) It took me about 10 minutes to set it up and get it paired with the switchbot app. I think its great that its matter certified and I got that working in my home as well. (with the google nest Home Max) The colors are outsanding and the effects are pretty cool too. I have only just begun playing around with the different effects and how you can set up the colors. It's really just so beautiful. I am thinking of getting a second one and mounting it horizontally under my tv or behind my TV stand. All and all I recommend this for anyone looking for a beautiful floor lamp to add some bias lighting to your room. Love it! ... show more

It works more like a room mood light. Not very good for activities like reading or seeing. The color variance is restricted, like picking a color between red and orange it gives a very red or very orange color. I also had difficulty getting it to work with Home Assistant. Ok this is a pretty cool lamp. This was absolutely an impulse buy but with $25 off I thought it would be worth trying for my room - and so far it seems great! Assembly wasn't too tough, though the screwdriver that's included with it is garbage (the phillips-head "teeth" are too small). Takes about 10 minutes to assemble and get working, then you can use the Switchbot app to configure it. Bluetooth initially then it connects to Wi-fi (2.4Ghz only). The switchbot app makes it easy to control - and if I'm not near my phone I can just ask Alexa to adjust it. There's not much more to say - it's a lamp. It's modern-looking and it's easy to set-up. The media could not be loaded. This is one of the best lamps I’ve ever had. It’s easy to assemble following the instructions in just 10 minutes, instantly sets up and connects to Wi-Fi, quickly integrates with the Matter protocol, and then appears in Apple Home. Best Matter-certified floor lamp for the price. I considered the Govee Matter-certified floor lamp, but it was nearly double the cost. The only downside is that the setup instructions could definitely be clearer.

This lamp is amazing. Firstly, it was super simple to unbox and set it up. Instructions were very clear and the setup is just a few screws. Super simple. Next the app is amazing, super response super quick. My favorite part however is the support for matter so I can already include it into my own smart home and control it with both the app and my own app. Super amazing that everything is supporting this new standard and especially happy it came on my new lamp. Easy way to light up a room and not have it be overbearing like an overhead light might be.
