This lamp works great and produces vibrant colors that are comfortable for both reading and relaxing. I loved the option to mount it vertically, but the included hanging hardware feels a bit bulky, so I decided to use it as a standing lamp for now. There is an option to operate it with a physical remote, but since it's wired, the official Home Assistant integration was very valuable for me. I was able to link a Zigbee button and control it without any issues. Besides standard lighting, the various light modes are a fun touch - syncing the light to game sounds from the console or to music was a highlight. But to be honest, I think I’ll stick with the warm light for 95% of my use :) P.S. Keep in mind that the assembly instructions in the box may not be very clear. I recommend watching the official video instructions, which are very straightforward.

The media could not be loaded. The floor light is very minimalistic and stylish. It doesn’t take a lot of space and it was easy to set up. All the needed tools are included and it took me 5-10 mins to get it put together and set up in the app. The app setup process was very quick. The app recognized the light quickly and I was able to connect it to my matter controller so it integrates into my smart home. The light is very customizable and goes from different shades of white as full as the full RGB spectrum. You can also apply effects if you want some cool mood lighting. I am happy with this light as it does the job at a great price point.

Assembly was easy but the connection process with Apple home took a couple of tries. After it linked it has worked flawlessly for 6 months.

An absolutely outstanding product for the price. Very easy to assemble and setup with bright lights and great controls. The colors are vibrant and the it comes with an in line remote control for physical controls which is really nice so you don't have to fumble around with the phone for every change. It came well packaged. While there are lamps out there with smoother lighting (more LED bulbs), they cost many times the price so nothing comes close to this at this price. Additionally, while it quotes Matter compatibility, the controls are very restricted (currently only to on/off) so it feels like it only has Matter support in name.

Update part 2: I can no longer recommend this. It was frustrating at first then it worked well for a month or two and now it just loses connectivity via matter and requires a factory reset to work again just for it to stop. Very disappointed. Update: It works well enough through HomeKit, but if you use the app, the functionality is very impressive with what it can do. The White light is perfect for working in a darker room all day without eye strain from direct lighting. Previous: Matter setup was so-so. Did not work at first, had to factory reset then it decided to work. Seems like you can only set up matter through the app which is annoying. It’s a fine product for the price and provides decent ambient light. Build quality is good and assembly was easy.

The media could not be loaded. This lamp was very simple to assemble and set up with the SwitchBot app. I was impressed that it comes with both the vertical base as well as horizontal wall mounts, so you have both options. The construction is solid with a metal tube and base/mounts, and the lights are embedded in silicon so it won't get scratched or broken. I am also pleased that it supports Matter for integration with Apple Home, Home Assistant, etc. The app provides a lot of control over the brightness and color settings. The animations, at least for my taste, were too distracting to use, aside from the setting that syncs the light to the music you are playing on your phone. The one disappointment I had, which is holding me back from 5 stars, is that the non-animating options are just a solid color. All the product photos show cool looking color gradients, but I think those are just snapshots of an animating effect. I didn't see any way to set more than one color without an animating effect, but perhaps I missed it. Update 2025-11-1: The newest version of the app and firmware have added the ability to color the lamp by LED segment, so you can create a multi-color look without animations. Nice! With that feature, I have raised my review to 5 stars - love it!

Despite claims that it works with HomeKit out of the box, this requires a separate "SwitchBot" account to create the connection. In combination with the fact that you 'get' to assemble it out of the box, it's clear why the products is priced as it is. Extremely disappointed with a brand that has otherwise gained a lot of acclaim with non-proprietary home automation enthusiasts. For those of us that have to endure 300 different accounts just to have a "smart" light or switch click on or off in a local network environment, this is a huge f-u.

This is an excellent floor lamp (and can be mounted horizontally too!) It took me about 10 minutes to set it up and get it paired with the switchbot app. I think its great that its matter certified and I got that working in my home as well. (with the google nest Home Max) The colors are outsanding and the effects are pretty cool too. I have only just begun playing around with the different effects and how you can set up the colors. It's really just so beautiful. I am thinking of getting a second one and mounting it horizontally under my tv or behind my TV stand. All and all I recommend this for anyone looking for a beautiful floor lamp to add some bias lighting to your room. Love it!
