I have to admit I like this swing. The seat is durable and reminds me of the playground seats from years ago. The chains are strong and pretty long giving you different options for higher branches. The straps are about half the size they should be and only fit around branches around 3 inches or less. I used some extra tow straps I had laying around. Anyway, I weigh 220 lbs and this swing holds me just fine. I believe it's an excellent value for the price.

The subject of the review really sums it all up for this nice swing. The color combination is quite nice with blue seating place and yellow colored chain. What I got this, it appeared a bit flimsy to me, particularly the chain but that was possibly my inexperience with these kind of swings. When I installed it on a tree branch, and we started using it, it felt very safe and sound which is the most important attribute of a swing. The upper straps that are used to hang it was the other thing that felt a little weak but again I was proved wrong even with that. Those black straps are quite strong and wear resistant also so that when you hang it on the tree branch, the bark doesn't dig into the strap at all. This is again such an important thing from a safety standpoint. The installation itself was quite straightforward, it was a breeze. You just need to choose the branch with the right level of strength and girth so that you are able to feel safe while swinging. The blue seating strap is also quite good, it is thick enough for a child or a teenage to sit on which is quite important. The chain is adjustable length because you have two pig locks which you can insert at any point in the chain to adjust the length Overall, this is my first experience with a swing on a tree and I quite like it.

The swing itself is pretty good. More of a hard plastic than a rubbery one like you would find at a playground, but flexible enough to be comfy. No-pinch coating on chain is great. But the straps this comes with are absolutely worthless—they’re too short to fit around almost anything weight bearing, whether it’s a tree branch, a beam in the basement, etc. I ended up having to buy separate ones.

I like that this swing came ready to hang and play. We simply took down the old broken swing, then we just hung this one in its place. That simply. The old broken swing that we replaced with this new swing had rope instead of chain and the rope had deteriorated under the hot sun until one day it broke with one of our teenagers sitting in it. This swing has heavy duty chains with closed links and a plastic coating to help protect little hands when swinging. This comfy and colorful swing is strong enough that any of them can swing in it.

This is a black colored swing with triangle rings. It’s got a silver colored chain with half of it done in a yellow colored coating as it’s getting closer to the seat. The seat itself feels like a hard plastic, it’s not really comfortable but I’m hoping that changes in time. And it does come with straps but there really short. They won’t even go around the smaller of the limbs I’ve chosen. So for me I’m going to have to purchase new ones. But as far as the swing, it doesn’t look cheap and does feel sturdy. So I do still think it’s a good purchase.

This swing is super easy to install. The clips make it a cinch to hang and adjust the length of the chains. The seat and other hardware are of are good quality. The only issue I found was that the edges of the metal plates that hold the seat were a little rough and borderline sharp. I actually cut my finger a little on it, so it needed a little grinding down before use. That said, this swing is very durable, as the materials are heavy duty.
