Bought this for my sons birthday on the 30th of May. We finally received it the week before his birthday... Unfortunately It took two deliveries to get there, they gave me a credit toward the first play set that was refused due to damage before even coming off the truck. The 2nd, the driver just dropped it in our yard, signed a random name and took off. Luckily everything was intact but it was missing a terrace box and a bag of screws, nuts and bolts. Needless to say, once we got what was missing we got it put together. They need to look into their packaging practices.. The boxes are decent quality but they try to pack it all into one long skid it seems.. at least that’s how it was contained when the driver dropped it off. My son absolutely loves it but the process for this specific model/brand was a pain in the butt. I will say that the manufacturer was very easy to work with getting the missing box sent out but had to call a second time to make sure it got sent... luckily I called cause if hadnt. All in all the whole process wasn’t the easiest but the excitement and fun my son has on this thing is soooo worth all of the headache and frustration! He absolutely loves it! ... show more

I have purchased a mountain of items from Amazon in the past, and I have never been disappointed in a product. Not the case with this one. expected to be able to finish this in a weekend, with 2 of us working on it. However because, there were materials missing, and the instructions no where to be found. Nothing piece marked, no starting point, nothing to help. had to use my own lumber, in a lot of the construction, and did my best to build it looking at pictures from the amazon website. If I could give a less than 1 star as a rating I would. ... show more

Missing pieces !!! It’s supposed to have two terraces not just one . Just waiting for the manufacture to ship it.

This item came with the tunnel slide in one box with multiple bags of bolts nuts and washers while the rest showed up in multiple boxes on a pallet. Biggest issue was screws, bolts and washers were not packed with the sections they were needed for. Some bags had hardware of all sizes mixed together that I needed to sort out myself. The codes on bags didn’t match up with the labels on the section. Basically it was a huge guessing game. The worst part of all.... we can’t hang the swings since the hardware wasn’t included. So now we are trying to find the brackets and other hardware needed to hang them. ... show more
