This item popped up to give a review so I’m going to give it a 5 star. We got this 4-5 years ago and it has lasted through some bad Mother Nature weather! I do want to say the slide was delivered and it was damaged so I called customer support and they just sent us new one. I emailed the pictures of the damages to it and within a few days we got a new slide. So anyway. We had a flood last year and it submerged this playground about a little less than halfway and it never rotted or came apart or had any damage to it whatsoever. We had some winds from a hurricane not THE hurricane; of course we have it anchored down right but it didn’t mess up anything we were so surprised! So we’re definitely happy on the investment we made on this because it made it through a flood and a slight hurricane!!! ... show more

The Most Labor Intensive Thing ever!!! It was incomplete, Very sad , to find hardware missing !! Had to get pissed off at customer service before finnally an english speaking american Lady Fixed my problem

Lumber quality was good for the most part. Hardware situation was a fiasco. Multiple missing bolts and pieces called for in the instructions - luckily I’m two blocks from a hardware store, but I probably made 5 stops to get misc hardware. Overall quality is good, very sturdy, and the directions were overall easy to follow. Time consuming project, but will last till the kids outgrow it ... show more

This is a great set for my kids. Fun and lots to do. Does seem quiet sturdy but took awhile to level in our yard. Took 2 men about 2 full days to assemble. It was missing some parts when it arrived. Called the company and they put some in the mail immediately. I have a 3 year old and baby. Should grow with them for the next few years. ****update to my original review**** We’ve had this swing set for about three months now and although it is a lot of fun, we’ve had two things break. Still waiting to hear back from customer service about the second thing. They’ve been very helpful at getting replacement parts to us however I’m frustrated that this has happened with only a 3 year old using the set. States it’s supposed to accommodate up to 12 children and 1100+lbs....not for us. Wishing now we had spent a bit more money to get something better quality. ... show more

Did so much research to find a quality play set for the money. This brand takes the cake! Decent quality cedar, easy instructions, well packaged and organized and delivered without a problem. Lots of accessories to customize the set! Endless play time for my 2 kids!
