I got this one on sale for 500 and October 2023. It’s a cute and low-key BMX bike not too heavy. Max is 20 mph , not too fast but good enough for zooming around by 3 mile town radius. I usually average about 17 or 18 mph with my weight at 190 lbs. I get a lot of compliments on it. I really wanted a Zooz bike, but those are about 2k but for 500 this is a great alternative to keep me happy. In the meantime. I wouldn’t pay more than 600 for this honestly even though it’s a cool bike. If I’m heavy on the throttle, which I usually am, after about 8 miles on relatively flat streets, the battery reaches about halfway. From there, I noticed a shift in the power and peppiness of the motor. It’s still move, but it was on the slower side and I would have to Pedal significantly to get back to the speeds. I would average when it’s in the first 2 1/2 bars of power (out of five) But again, great deal for $500-$600 price range. And ideal for local commuting and jamming around the neighborhood. ... show more

The one star reviews are correct. Absolute garbage and DOA out of box with no power to anything. The charger stayed green and the button on the bottom pushed in. Yes a power button at the bottom of the frame where the battery and controller are and all the dirt and crude from the road collects. The forks are bend and tweaked out of the box and welded poorly,see pics. Scratched down tube under the foam padding, like no QC. ... show more

Ordering and shipping was brisk and without problems. Really have been enjoying this bike and have been making some little changes to fit my style of riding/cruising around. Was really happy to see they I imagine rear cargo pannier mounts on the lower rear forks really worked out slick for the mounting points for the banana seat. Overall happy with the bikes quality and the overall speed 20mph is fast enough and it feels like it could have some more room to accelerate if the speed controller allowed it for a light framed person like myself its pretty peppy the larger guys at work still seemed to think it was fine also though. Would definitely recommend this bike to people looking for a electric bmx bike option for cruising around. ... show more

My wife and I recently made this purchase for a few reasons. . . My brother-in-law lives in the neighborhood and we wanted a way to get 5-10 miles down the road without jumping in the car or getting sweaty on the road bike. We also wanted something that my wife could ride for longer distances while I was on the road bike. This was absolutely perfect. Pretty much ready to go right out of the box. It took about ten minutes to put together and I think it would take about five if I had to do it again. The twist grip throttle operates seamlessly with the pedal assist and literally has zero learning curve associated with it. We were very shocked with the power. Being our first e-bike I didn't really know what to expect. It doesn't feel dangerously fast, which is nice for her, but also doesn't feel like it's struggling to get up a hill. I can strap my wetsuit on the back and get to the lake for a swim without being tired upon arrival. If you live in any type of bikeable community or have a <20mile commute I would say this thing is the ticket. ... show more

Cheap quality. Got this for my son for Christmas. In a month of riding, we have replaced the tubes front and back 6 times total. Been to 2 different bike shops to get help on it. My son's friend got a different brand e bike on Christmas also. Both kids have been riding in the exact same terrain together, doing the same rides together. His friend has had zero issues with his. The tires on this bike must be very low quality. My son is feeling pretty defeated with this bike. It's unfortunate. ... show more

Loved the bike. Definitely a huge bang for your buck. Super easy to install. Gets up to speed pretty quick and battery lasts a long time especially with pedal assist. Also doubles as a normal bike if I'm looking to bike for excersize. 10/10 recommend!

Their customer support is weak. It’s all email support and they take 2-3 days to reply. The bike was very well packed during shipping. Heavy of course, and the Amazon delivery guy just dragged it all around my apartment complex. But the packing did its job. It was fairly simple putting together, and has been a learning curve with its features. I unfortunately don’t ride long to test it’s battery but I have no complaints other than the online customer service. ... show more

Horrible customer service! I purchased the swft BMX ebike for my grandson for Easter and after only 6 months we are stuck with a big paper weight. The bike and lcd screen will not power on so I contacted customer service and opened a warranty claim on 7/28 and I'm still waiting for someone to resolve my issues. I've emailed them 4 times so far but they keep blowing me off. So if your in the market for an ebike do yourself a favor and cross off any bike made by swft. ... show more
