I receive this product this morning I let it charge for the 3 1/2 hours and tried it out on my 3mi run. It did great. I just love that I do not have to take it to the 4th position. It is a little heavy but it does not bother me while I walk. It does keep my face cool and it gives me a since of calm listening to the sound coming from the fan. It is very relaxing and it just make me want to go to sleep. It cool even in the sun for now that's because it only 80 degrees and I do walk through the shade, it did take a while for me to get use to using the push button control but I got it. I gave a 4 star because the white light goes out when fully charge instead of staying on like the manual says. other than that it works great. I'll start by saying it blows well, is a great colour and would help some people, but, it's not for me. Firstly, it only blows air up under/over your ears, not up your neck or actually on your face unless you turn it. If you turn it upside-down to blow down, you block the input and it gets angry. There is no air in the side, what you see in the picture are just decorative indents. Secondly, this will not help if you are moving. I got it for when I'm waking on 100F/38C days but the second you have movement, the air is blown away and if you stop, it's just hot air. Same if there's even a slight breeze, the air is blown away. Thirdly, it is loud because it is directly below your ears. Combined with the air going in your ears, you may end up with sensitivity before too long. Fourthly, it says it's adjustable but it is not. It's a shame, as it's a great concept but it's not for active people. If you're in a hot or humid room/space and not moving around and don't mind it blowing in your ears, then give it a go. My friend swears by it which is why I got it, and lots of good reviews say it works, but not for me. Battery life at 4 setting lasted 6 1/2 hours. Great for keeping your neck, head and cheeks cool. Bought for work i work in a warehouse very hot. Very easy to use and recharge. Weight does not bother me a bit. It doesn't weigh all that much.
