I should, but I don't make the time to do reviews. This is a big exception. The Sweetcrispy recliner I purchased for my wife was the most insulting product I have ever seen. It was reverse-engineered to be a totally disposable, completely cheap product sold for the sheer purpose of making money. Not only did it take 10 days to get here (missing the holidays) but it weight 116.6 pounds in a box that clearly was not large enough to ship a fully assembled chair. Most recliners expect you to slide the backrest on to the two brackets at the back and then you're done. This chair was fully deconstructed and expected you to assemble the many pieces of precut plywood with long lag bolts to sandwich the two armrests together. I'm very handy so this wasn't particularly hard, but I was thinking, why was I even building my wives chair? The worst part is after you build the sides, you must slide on the material covered foam armrests. My chair came with two right sides and no left. Also, the covers were too small to even make it to the bottom of the plywood to zip up. Literally, my chair could not be assembled. Even if it could, the padding throughout and the lack of a substantial backrest would make this chair uncomfortable. It took 31 days to get my refund after returning the chair. Two facts: the chair doesn't fit back in the shipping box because all the cheap foam covers were vacuum packed at the factory and it would require another foot of height to fit and second, I had to fill out on online form to get the third party shipping company to pick it up. I feel sorry for everyone who purchased this chair and can only hope they can get it returned. ... show more

this chair comes totally unassembled,it is very hard to get the covers on and the zippers broke so had to get uphostery tacks to fix it with the uphosttery on the foot of the chair does not fully cover the board that it is suspose to sit on..Would not recommend anyone to buy it. I TOOK THE CHAIR PARTS OUT OF BOX, IT SEEMS TO ME IT WAS OPENED BEFORE. THE CHAIR SLEVES THAT FITS THE ARMS WHERE SLIGHTLY TO SMALL AND COULD NOT ZIP. THE CHAIL SLEVES HOLES WITCH FIT THE SLIDERS WHERE NOT MATCHING AT ALL. BUT THE COMFORT OF THE CHAIR AND VBERATION MODES ARE EXCELENT. I AM 5'5 tall AND THE CHAIR IS NOT SMALL, ITS ACTUALLY STANDARD SIZE LIKE OUR OTHER RECLINER. THE PRICE IS VERY GOOD FOR ALL THE FEATURES IT COMES WITH! Love it! ... show more

    • Cheap…consider a better quality product
I am very disappointed as someone who has had a powerlifting, heating and massage chair in the past. The chair isn’t comfortable at all. The back cushion didn’t fluff fast enough. I wasn’t expecting so many pieces to put together and the materials were splinting and cracking as it was being assembled. I don’t think the chair will last but a few months tops. Luckily, Amazon will do a pickup of the chair for my return, so I don’t have to worry about how I will ship this large, heavy box back. ... show more

If you are elderly and need this chair don't plan on assembling It yourself, you need a professional. It works good but it is not very comfortable compared to other similar chairs.

Yes, the product description mentions that assembly is required. NO, it does NOT mention that it requires COMPLETE ASSEMBLY including building the arms and putting on the upholstery! And the pieces are very thin. It definitely doesn’t seem to be high quality. Most of the reviews linked to this product must be for other chairs because most of them mention two pieces or putting on the legs and that is definitely not the case with this chair! I can’t give input on the quality of the foam or fabric parts because they are vacuum sealed and when I saw the instructions to set it outside for two days to air out, we immediately boxed it up to return it without opening them. Cheap, flimsy zippers and poor fitting upholstery on the arms make assembly extremely difficult. The chair is thinly cushioned and does not allow adjustment to a comfortable position.
