I am sooo pleased! It shipped quickly and was very easy to assemble. Instructions came with it, but I used the online video. I will be 70 in October, and I was able to assemble it (alone!) in about 30 minutes. Quality is good, seat and back are easy to adjust, and I love the flip up arms! I have it on a clear mat and it rolls nicely. For the money I don't think you will be disappointed. :)

It's very comfortable and has good lumbar support. Very easy to assemble, a substantial and effective tool included. The instructions are very clear, the nuts and bolts are staged and separated according to assembly steps. The arm rests a bit tricky to balance and align the holes up due to seating connection depth but doable. The finish is flawless. We'd recommend. Hard to beat it for the price.

I spent three years sitting in a dining chair with a pillow, not realizing it was affecting my posture and causing back, neck, and hip pain. This chair took ten minutes to assemble with zero issues, and the second I sat down, I could immediately tell the difference in comfort. The seat has has so much support and cushion and isn’t so big for my 5’4” self that the back of the chair is too far. I can sit upright while having full back support. It glides on our vinyl plank flooring with ease, swivels like it’s on air, and the height adjustment is very easy to use though the lever is in a slightly awkward place for my arms to reach. For the price, 10/10 would recommend.

I was looking for a relatively inexpensive chair for days that I work from home and I think the traditional black office chairs look terrible in a home environment. I put it together today and so far I'd say I like it so far. It's a nice neutral color, the seat is comfortable, the back mesh is flexible but supportive, and the wheels roll smoothly. The option to lean back is a major pro for me. Retractable armrests is a nice touch but they are made of hard plastic and would be more comfortable if it was a soft rubber or something like that. I would take off a star since there were no instructions included in my box but it was easy and straight forward enough to assemble with zero guidance. As long as you can count to 10 it's pretty easy to figure out. At least the necessary pieces were labeled as to which way was the front. Another big plus is that the screws all have the same head that can be screwed in with the included tool. For these reasons it retains five stars. Overall, can't beat it for the price and I'm pretty happy with the purchase so far.

Cushion is cozy, and the spring net backing is splendid! Arms are easy to move out of the way for ease of access or simple preference. Wonderful piece, would recommend!!

I'm sick of buying three figure+ chairs with fake leather that starts peeling and shedding so I looked specifically for one made with fabric. This fit the bill and was signfiicantly cheaper. Overall its very comfy, easy to build (and came with extra screws and a decent hex tool!). My only complaint on this is that the arms, while able to rotate up and mostly out of the way, can't seem to be removed completely, which would be nice for some use cases.
