It's light to move it around (if little gym workout) I can use it in the man winter cave and same time I can leave it in dayroom if I want to read or drink coffe. Also watch a movie why not!

The manual says this chair is designed for a person weighing up to 275lbs. I’m 195lbs at 6 feet tall. I feel big/oversized when sitting in this chair. The frame and padding support my weight, but the leg rest doesn’t. At least, not fully. When reclined at the midway point (to watch movies), the weight of my legs forces the rest to move down slightly. While not enough to close, the descended position isn’t at a comfortable height. I checked the metal reclining mechanism hoping to increase resistance, but it’s assembled with rivets. Meaning there’s nothing that can be tightened. I have another recliner in the room which doesn’t have this problem. So, this is my biggest complaint about the chair. That said, the leg rest supports my wife and 13-year-old daughter’s leg weight. It’s a better fit for their size and weight than it is for mine. Another negative is that it’s noisy. Reclining the chair produces are loud rubbing sound. It's squeaky. This problem is likely due to being made with PU leather rather than real leather. PU leather is an artificial thermoplastic polymer, which I like to call pleather. My hope is that the areas rubbing will smooth out over time and be less noisy, but only time will tell. Thankfully there are no unpleasant odors from the material. Just keep in mind that PU leather can feel cold against the skin, unlike the fabric options. So is less cozy. As far as assembling, the process was simple and only took a few minutes. Just had to slide the backrest into place and screw in the four legs. No tools are needed. I suggest removing the box around the chair rather than pulling it out. It’s not too heavy but could hurt your back when lifting. The chair is light enough to easily slide on carpet, which is good if you want to move it away from the wall when fully reclining, and then push back when done. It's made well overall. Assembled in Vietnam. I don’t recommend roughhousing on it but didn’t see any defects. I think the build quality is pretty good for the price. Overall, while this chair wasn’t a good fit for me, it is for my family. Works well for them, looks good in my movie room, and is comfortable for them to kick back in. ... show more

This is an affordable reclining chair that was easy to assemble and looks nice. It’s small and narrow, so it’s not for everybody, but will work well for smaller individuals or children. There is no hand lever for the recliner, so you have to lean back in the chair to get the foot rest to pop out. I would prefer a lever but it’s not a deal breaker. Great value for the price.
