I love every aspect of this chair except for the actual seat - it looks nice and cushy but it's rock hard to sit on. :( Which is a bummer because trying to return an assembled, not to mention heavy chair, is not feasible. Live and learn - don't buy a chair you can't sit in first! :) (The reviews were great - but my fault for not paying attention that they were not for this white chair, they were for an entirely different chair). Mine is the white high back chair.

The media could not be loaded. Quality of the chair is great, seriously game changer! I have scoliosis and am an accountant which requires sitting for long hours. After a while in other chairs I could feel pain in my lumbar and also my knees. This chair provides lumbar support and the foot rest is AMAZING! The downsides. Recliner lever is not easily reached, you have to Ben over quite a bit if you don’t have long arms. For the price it would be nice if it was longer. The other downside is when you connect the back to the seat during assembly it is NOT easy and a pain. Took me and one other person to assemble that part. The directions say to slide one part into the other but what it means is align. There is no sliding and staying while you attach screws and a washer. So directions could be better explained there. But once you get over that hump it’s a great chair. **Please Note** chair is wide, so you might not get it through a door frame. Best to assemble in the room you want it in. If you don’t and it doesn’t fit, simply unscrew one armrest and chair will fit. Easy to reattach just takes an extra step!

I love how the pillows it comes with Can be moved and the arm rest could be adjusted to fit under my desk when I’m done using it, The way it leans back like a car seat is amazing as well and the actual seat is semi- comfortable but it is bearable 8.7/10

I can remember when the Aeron Chair came out in the early 2000's. They were super cool with a price to match. I recall a friend crowing about how much he had just spent on a pair. And that was before inflation. Recently the price has been creeping close to a thousand dollars. The exciting new features were the mesh back and dozens of adjustments for your aching back. In time copies started to appear and I bought a pair of Aeron knockoffs in Costco about five years ago. I have been very happy with mine but my wife finds hers uncomfortable. She does have a very sensitive back. We're hoping she will like this one. This chair from Sweetcrispy is a tenth the price of an Aeron and a bit cheaper than my Costco version. It is not quite as chunky and solid feeling as my present chair but it is still a good office chair. When I saw the cardbox box that the delivery man brought it was much smaller than my initial imaginings. I was expecting a giant box. When I started opening the carton I found that the manufacturers have done a very clever job of squeezing all the components into a small space. Some Assembly Required? Yes just a bit - maybe less than the the Mars rover. I was quite proud of how well I was doing and then I accidentally found the instructions. Funnily enough, putting the thing together gives an appreciation of some clever engineering and also finish quality. My fingers were in no danger of being cut because all the metalwork is smoothly polished and finished in a nice black coating with rounded edges. The instructions are well illustrated and gave a clear impression of how to do it. I did not have to go back and repeat anything. It went together in about 30 minutes. They give you a nice T piece Allen wrench which fit every machine screw size. One trick I found when fitting the arm rests was to use the corner of my bench so that they could hang down unobstructed. The up down lever works well but the tilt tension is a bit awkward. I was turning it the wrong way for about ten turns trying to go looser. When they say clockwise it could be from multiple view points. I have used lots of different office chairs over the years, and they all take a bit of getting used to. This chair is definitely in the acceptable range of my previous experience and offers excellent value for money.

This chair has amazing back support and is really easy to put together, I didn't need instructions to put it together but in case anyone needs help I made a guide. 1.)Starting off grab the bolts labeled (K) and attach the base with the lever to the bottom of the seat 2.)The chair legs will be needed to added to the base using bolts labeled (I) and pop the wheels on 3.)Add the hydraulic cylinder and set the base aside 4.)Chair arms are added to seat of chair using bolts labeled (L) on both sides on the bottom 5.) Chair arms are attached to back of the chair using bolts labeled (J) 6.) Place top of assembled chair on the Hydraulic cylinder and your done. You really can't beat this chair for the price and how comfortable it is. I hope that my guide helps someone out if they have any trouble putting it together.
