This is truly a 5-star product from my view. It's very solid yet light - legs and posts are metal, the chairback fabric is strong and well-made. I'm a bigger guy (6'3") and this is one of the first chairs I've had that actually raises high enough for my legs to comfortably reach the floor without being too short (knees above hips results in cramps and soreness when I get up). Also, most other chairs I've had I use both a lumbar cushion and a seat booster (to help with height and comfort, as I said, I'm tall). But after a week of this chair, so far I don't need either - wow! I eventually might, but that's not really a big deal. This chair is comfortable yet solid in the cushion, and the back pushes just enough on my bottom back to feel the support. I get up from this chair and it's amazing, like some sort of orthopedic device! The packaging was protective without being overkilled, the directions very clear (though the printing is really small; some people might need a magnifier to read them). The assembly was pretty easy - you get a custom-designed allen wrench (no screwdrivers etc. - all screws/bolts use the one wrench!). No small complex parts - just the large components (arms, legs, seat, back) quickly screwed together. I was amazed when finished how solid this chair is! Very nice. Another nice feature is an adjustable tilt mechanism - you can adjust how far back the seat will tilt if you lean - either just a bit or a lot. I really like that - so this chair pivots (swivels) and tilts up to a point which you can set - very nice. Time will tell if it holds up, especially the gas cylinder which serves as the main post the seat sits on - these can wear out and the chair can't be raised high. Also the seat cushion is perfect for me - soft yet not squishy, it has support. One last thing - I was hesitant to get this because of the 250 lb. max rec. I'm big (not obese just ex-football type big) and a little heavier than that. But this chair shows no signs of not being able to easily hold me well. So if you're at that limit, I'd say it's a good bet it'll handle you up to a point. This is really a superb and well-thought out chair for this price. It feels like an $800+ chair. Will it last? Time will tell, but right now this is a total thumbs up.

Despite the packaging the screws coming in looking used (for some reason the were already opened and taped over), the bubble wrap being yellow/dirty, and the chair cushion piece having minor damage to the screw hole the chair is alright. It was easy to assemble, and is light weight. I wish the handle on the side could also recline the chair, instead you have to untwist a piece from the bottom of the chair to recline to your desired amount. Other than those few things the chair seems sturdy, looks exactly like the picture, the wheels are nice and not stiff, and the height adjustment is good/average. As well, the cushion is very soft it's just not a lot of space/very wide. If you have thicker thighs it might be a little squueze when sitting down but you can still sit comfortably. Just not much room to move around. Also, the back piece isnt as tall as it looks in the picture, so unless you're a short person under 5'5 maybe, only then will the back price come up to your neck/give neck support. Other than that, it's very comfortable for the back. Overall, is a pretty good and comfortable chair especially for the price 8/10 ⭐
