It took me less than 30 minutes to unbox, assemble, and test. Mesh on the chair is super comfortable. Chair also doesn’t show pet hair. Overall, great quality product!

It's a good chair and it arrived on time. However, I had a few issues during setup. The alignment was challenging, especially when installing the cushion and arms. Although there is a step-by-step video guide, I found it difficult to align the screws under the cushion. It took me about an hour to complete. Additionally, one of the arms was flimsy while the other was super stiff. It's not a major issue, but when buying something new, I expect it to be in perfect condition, you know? ... show more

As someone who spends long hours at a desk, I was excited to upgrade my home office chair. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a backache-inducing disaster. The support of the lower back is too low, at the height of my butt, not where it should be.
