    • Very comfortable, easy to assemble, decent quality material
Color: Dark Brown Style: 1 Pack
I absolutely love these chairs! I bought four of them to use as chairs for my new poker table which is part of the game room we just had built. The chairs are very comfortable, adjustable and roll nicely on the floor. Assembly is relatively simple, there are tools provided as well as all of the parts you’ll need. Once assembled, the chairs are solidly built; very good quality. I like that the arms fold up allowing versatility while seating and getting up from the chair. They recline as well as being height adjustable. The high backs make for a relaxing sitting experience, and the chair size is good as well. One bit of advice, when installing the chair’s arm assemblies, take care not to cross-thread any of the screws as those holes don’t always line up properly. It’s easy to strip the head of the screws or even the hole threads if you use too much force or a power screwdriver and get the screws improperly installed. Just take your time and everything is straight forward. For the price, these chairs are a good value, costing a lot less than comparable chairs. ... show more

Color: Beige Style: 1 Pack
love it, only took me about an hour to assemble the whole thing. it’s been a year since i’ve had it and the only thing is that the front of my armrests, the leather is beginning to peel off a little but it’s super comfy cuz of the padding so that’s nice! and i do feel like my posture has gotten better too lol! i recommend it! ... show more

    • Just what I was looking for!
Color: Beige Style: 1 Pack
Review Image by Lisa M. Broesch-Weeks
I’m pleasantly surprised by how much I really like this chair. I was looking for something that was comfortable to sit in all day while I’m on back-to-back video meetings. It’s really pretty, the color is just right (cream), and the size is perfect for my 5‘2“ height (though I do use a foot rest to make it more comfortable). Most importantly, it’s very comfortable and allows me to sit back and rest my head so that I’m not rolling my shoulders forward. I’ve had it for about a month and it’s holding up well so far. I think for this price it was absolutely worth it! ... show more

    • Nice chair but some bolts would not thread.
Color: Beige Style: 1 Pack
The chair is attractive, crafted from pleasing material, and quite comfortable. Two side bolts failed to thread, both on the same side. I reversed them and attempted rethreading several times without success, which was frustrating since this was a birthday gift. The other two bolts on that side are secure, and the chair appears stable. ... show more

    • Lovely Chair. Heads Up -- You Decide.
Color: Beige Style: 1 Pack

This chair is really lovely! The directions were clear and I appreciated the handled wrench for assembly rather than the often included small "L" shaped wrench usually provided by manufacturers. If all goes well, you will be pleased with your purchase. 🤗 My feedback score explanation: I noticed that a 3" cover disc was missing from the left arm. I found the piece in the packing material, but its connecting parts were broken off. The other arm's disc was firmly secured, this one was unable attach. I wrote to Sweetcrispy sending photographs, an explanation of the problem, the Amazon invoice and the contact information requested, asking how to obtain a replacement part. A few days later I received a reply asking for the Amazon invoice. (?!) I sent it all off again. This whole scenario repeated twice! Because I had also let Amazon know that I had contacted Sweetcrispy, they also contacted the company. (snaps for Amazon! thanks!) A few days later I received a phone call from Sweetcrispy; they had been told by Amazon to call me and resolve the issue. The explanation boiled down to "we were swamped, didn't have time to properly answer your requests, we are unable to send a replacement part, we will need to give you a full refund through a P-P source. 🤔 I felt increasingly uncomfortable during the conversation; it all was sort of sketchy. I said a discount or even a tube of something or another work around to attach the part to the chair would have been appreciated, but I was not interested in opening their mandate of a P-P account. "We don't refund through Amazon and we don't issue checks for safety reasons." 👀 You can decide on your own how you would respond. Again, the chair is mostly very lovely. I'll figure out a fix. 🤣 ... show more
